Hours of operation on Google says they open at 530am, I was there and waited till 5:50am and still not a person in sight, no one even there preparing to open, just a closed coffee shop that should be open like the other location I had to eventually drive to.
Wow! Every time I go to this location they remember my name AND remember my drink as management and the staff are exceeding expectations when it comes to customer service and quality food and drink!!!
This place is obviously tougher to run than most Starbucks despite the lack of a drive-thru. The customers are brutal with the staff, who are not robots yet people!!! Sure there’s an issue once in a while but this manager has been taking things in the right direction. Much much better than it used to be. We are all at the mercy of our staff right now. Don’t attack managers over the actions of staff that they don’t really get to pick. Your grievances are best communicated to the economy your parents allowed to be created without their input. Go cry about your coffee to the people that ruined everything else.
Quick and basic Starbucks nothing exceptional. Thus location has no drive through and parking is sketch at best. You will either pay, have a boot or be towed. So be very aware this isn't a quick in and out.
Place was packed but they did a nice job of working through the customers and no attitude.
The slowest service in the world. Rude baristas. Save yourself an hour and go to a different Starbucks.

10 out of 10! This is a great Starbucks! Visiting Charleston and came every day, and every experience was exceptional. Staff members were all very friendly, store was spotless, and drinks were perfectly prepared. Places are so short staffed right now, especially in heavy tourist areas, and workers often seem worn out, but these guys were all cheerful and created a really pleasant environment. Thanks, guys!
Great customer service, nice staff, fast service, and they actually made my refresher in the shaker which most stores don’t these days.
I loved this place because the barista actually engaged in a conversation with me, and made my latte on point. !
