Hardly ever go to any Starbucks. Better know exactly how much sweetener to ask for as no station for doctoring. And why not complete both beverages in one order in lieu of producing 1 coffee, a strangers coffee then my wife's?. Anyway I'll probably have a Starbucks in 2023 again.
What a fantastic team in Echo and Carlie! Both were professional and fast, even with a long customer line at 6:30am. And my specialty coffee? Made to perfection. Hold on to these two valuable baristas.
I was told there was no bathroom code. Then a white man asked for it after me and it was giving to him. This happened on 387 King Street. I so happened to be a black man who buy coffee 6 days a week
My experience was absolutely terrible at this location. This lady in stripes with a short hair blonde and black and was wearing a gold chain literally serves everyone except me in line. Then makes my drink absolutely terrible with clunks of ice in my cup and a piece of hair in my drink. I'm never going to this location again!!!
This location is a good location, but every time I come here I am approached by a person to buy them something or give them money. They are inside the store, not on the street:(

Visited this Starbucks every morning of my Charleston trip to grab coffee and breakfast for the family. Great customer service and clean facility.
There’s at least a hundo more coffee places- some just a street over- skip this Starbucks. Lines are long, not enough people working, and out of stock frequently. Mobile orders are not quicker. Lids always pop off the cup causing spills and outfit change. Manager explained company policy not to accept any cash over 20 even if you spend over 20; however, corporate disagreed when the manager told me to verify. Dunkin taste better, accepts cash or card, and doesn’t have stocking issues. If you have to get Starbucks go to King and Mary location; there’s a good waffle place otw.
