Today I ordered an impossible sausage egg and cheese sandwich because I do not eat pork. And after eating my sandwich I became extremely sick due to the negligence of an employee rushing. Luckily I’m not allergic and needed to be rushed to the emergency room but for the last ten hours I have been back and forth to the restroom. I hope the company can make a rule to not even cook the impossible and the the normal sausage together for this same reason and coach their teams all across the board.
King street Starbucks can get quite busy which is completely understandable since they are on the main strip however there is no reason for the employees to snap on the customer. This is the second time I have called in advance asking if they have certain items back on the menu- the employee completely disregards my questions never answering whether they have the items in stock or not and goes straight to encouraging me to go to a different location - I hope things get better and hopefully they can get more staff to help with all the chaos.
Everyone is super nice and chill, even before I started working it was a great place to be. I'm a bit bias cuz I do work here but still 10/10 experience and way cleaner than most places
It's a cool building, but the flow of the place is flawed. You have to walk by all the people and cut through the line to get in the line. It can be chaotic here during the busy time. Also in recent years it looks like staff are not cleaning the place as well as before. It looks dingy, and not because of the regular wear and tear.
Really good drinks. I recommend the cake pops!! Somewhat expensive but DEFINITELY worth it. Make sure to know the sizes of starbucks before you go.

This Starbucks is partially accessible. It's narrow and gets congested trying order or get to the restroom. Most of the seating is up stairs, there are 2 built in tables on either side of the front door. Sign says they allow service animals only but it was full of puppers during each of my visits.
