Avoid this Starbucks at all costs! Not only are they rude, the service is inconsistent and they constantly mess up orders including serving FROZEN food. Don’t waste your time in the 45 min drive thru when there are others nearby that are much more reliable!
It was strictly drive through...I DO NOT like drive through! And, the cup was over filled and mediocre at best. My home made Starbucks French Roast is better then what I got here.
The lady at the drive through was so rude, she got my order wrong the first time, which was just a cold brew with cream and when I asked her to remake it she brought back a cold brew with no ice so it was literally warm and she just shoved it in my face without saying anything. Not worth the money at all.
First time coming by this Starbucks and Was having a crazy morning that was stressful. coming here and having Marks happy and excited energy coming through the speaker taking my order completely changed my mood!Everything tasted great and the service was very quick.Thanks Mark!
Huge space, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Fast service. Only 5 stars because the door from the parking lot had no signage yet.
It's usually under 10 min after put in mobile order but sometimes more than 15 min. Drive thru is usually long
I come to this Starbucks a few times a week. They are always fast. I normally complain that down south drive-thru's are super slow- but that is not the case here. I can only imagine how many customers they see in a morning, but they always take time to make sure my order is right. Thomas greets me almost every morning with a big smile on his face, and I couldn't ask for much more that early in the morning! (I hope they get hazelnut back soon... it has been a while)
Aubrey was super nice and very friendly. It made the morning trip home great. :)
Why have an app to order ahead of time if you have to wait 15 minutes or more when you get there? Had to walk out without it this morning. No value of your time at this place.
You should be able to trust that they put the lids on securely. It’s a beautiful morning to spill hot coffee all over your car before even leaving the parking lot.
