Greatest Starbucks ever. No complaints. Service is always a pleasure. New staff.
Harris Teeter Location-Asked for a medium pike, got a blonde roast that was watered down. Obviously I didn’t get my coffee fix at Starbucks today. Drove back up there and he still didn’t have a medium pike brewed. I’m trying to fix all this before a meeting, no time. The customer service lady did refund my money but I wish I had went somewhere else to begin with. My advice, check your coffee before leaving (do not count on it being what you asked for, it to be fresh or not watered down). Laziness. This happened Sunday April 10th 2022, in case corporate cares to know…def should be made aware of it. It’s amazing what kind of domino effect can happen just due to one person choosing to be slack. I ended up at Dunkin Donuts after two trips to this Starbucks. Wasted time, gas, money, and had a stressful rushed morning trying to make it to a meeting on time. It’s a simple vinti hot medium pike coffee, how difficult is that??
Always friendly and they keep the drinks and food tasty.
My granddaughter only requested a glass of water at this visit as we were on a time schedule. We do enjoy Starbucks!
