Stoped by for a quick breakfast sandwich and some coffees. Got the service you would expect and they did a good job of moving the line along. Our order was fulfilled correctly and even with a line out almost into the road it only took 10 minutes.
Terrible! 20 minutes for two iced coffees (nothing fancy). Had half my order and watched 5 people who came in after get their drinks. When I finally asked if my other half of the order was being made, she rolled her eyes at me.
Nice staff, not too busy but the music is obscenely loud and the soundtrack is bizarre here. Impossible to have a conversation in here.
The staff are fantastic, they have great attitudes and work really hard. However, the location and size of this store for where it is (one of the busiest places in Charleston ) was a poor choice. Overworked staff, entitled customers and a terrible location make visiting this store a bad experience .

Was given this brick disguised as a breakfast sandwich at the drive-thru window. Can't crush the top with my bare hands. Going to try a hammer on it at home. Didn't realize it until almost home. Guy on the phone wasn't interested in hearing about it and hung up. Not surprisingly this level of service isn't uncommon at the Folly Rd location.
Staying in Folly Beach and this is the closest Starbucks. It was a Sunday morning and the drive-thru was insane. We went inside to order. Great seating spaces. Staff was old school Starbucks style---great, great customer service. Oh....and Cinnamon Dolce Latte is BACK!!!!!!!!!
This is my go-to Starbucks on James Island. Friendly and efficient staff at a very busy location. Find it’s best to order ahead on the app and pick up in store. Park at Mattress Firm across the street since Starbucks parking lot is very small and chaotic. Drive-through line can be very long and backed up to the city street.
These wonderful employees are overworked because of the volume in this one location! Traffic in and out of this location is dangerous! The store is consistently out of product because of corporate issues. They are trying to ask for a better location on the island but govt officials are making it difficult I was told! But hey, let’s stick another nail salon on every block!
