Terribly rude drive thru cashier, when a sign is posted and specifies exact change or credit card it does not mean no cash… maybe you should up date the sign to say NO CASH??♂️??♂️
Was shorted on my change by $5 and it took a while and finally getting the manager involved to get it corrected. Normally use the app, but it was not working today. Also usually give tips, but felt that this short with her saying it wasn't a short and me making multiple trips to the car and the store to get it straight voided her tip. And by the time it was straightened out, my food was cold.
We were heading to church and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. The French toast was and all time fave for my kiddos, but the crossiants were not the best and tasted old. I will definitely go with my breakfast toaster next time.
I have gone out of my way in the past to eat here. Great service, polite employees until today. On Saturday I went through the drive through and placed the same order I always do a #1 all the way with fries and a diet coke. I always compliment them at the window. I did the same Saturday but after I got down the road I found that I had a dull plain burger. I was too far away to turn around so I called back. The person I spoke with that I thought was named Stephanie told me to come back anytime and mention her name and they would replace it all at no cost. I did that today and evidently I did not have the correct name. They asked for the receipt. How many people keep fast food receipts? They informed me without the name or receipt there wasn't anything they could do. I drove off a little frustrated. I called back and asked for a manager. The young lady said she was. So I explained what took place. I got the same answer before she hung up on me. I called back and different young lady said she was a manager. I apologize to her because I was rude but in the end I felt as if I was a thief over a meal. Today one star.
Do you like getting random things sent to you? Do you like just not getting something you ordered then come on down and see this place! I have ordered from here multiple times and I genuinely do not think they’ve gotten my order right once. Poppers, breakfast burrito, and a route 44 cherry limeade. Does that seem like a super hard or complex order? Well apparently this was just too much for the restaurant to handle! Hopefully with all of these bad reviews they’ll actually get a competent manager?
I order on the app and just pull into a stall when I arrive. My food is always hot and fresh, well packed and EXACTLY as I ordered it. The carhops are willing to go the extra step for anything else you might need and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile. ALWAYS TIP YOUR CARHOP!
Didn't get my whole order paid for 3 meals only got fries for two paid for cheese sauce asked was it in the bag because I was checking it before I left Young lady said it was at the bottom of my bag no straws for the drinks went back and had to wait 10 more minutes just to get what they forget I pull off but a young lady finally flag the car down she had my order but fries was still cold so won't be back

About 90% of the time I give this place another chance, I regret it each time. I come up and visit the area about once a year and something always goes bad. Previous times I have had little to no toppings in my shake. Tonight their system didn't work, so the lady tells me to go through the drive thru and pulled up to order and see sign to order at window. Waited 15 mins in line and then informed their machine was broken. Would have been helpful if they mentioned that before telling me to wait in drive thru. I find my luck is better playing the lottery vs something going right on their end. No compensation was offered when I asked about my bad experience.
Holy smokes. Have you ever gone to a fast food place and have them tell you they ran out of burger meat? Or how about we can’t give you your money back? Well this happened. Ordered via the app and waited 10 mins for them to tell me this and they told me to go online and fill out a form to get my money back. Poor management and resolution. What a dump. Called the number on the receipt for the owner and it’s disconnected
