I don't know if the woman at the window (17-JUN-2022 at 2:30 PM EST) was the manager or not, but she was well spoken, considerate, friendly, and has a go-getter attitude!I've been to this location twice, and they're fast and got the order right both times.
Ordered through the app, but the stalls had cones as we waited in the very long line. The person on the intercom said to pull in a stall and the food would be brought out. Waited 15 minutes and called through the stall. The male person argued with us saying we were not told to park in a stall and that we needed to walk in. Normally leave a tip but with this issue, we did not.
Update: ordered the popcorn chicken combo burger combo and drinks as well as other items. Come out to about $25 and realized when I got home that they didn't put the popcorn chicken that I paid for in my bag. They didn't give me a receipt either and to make it even worse, there was only one vehicle in front of me so they weren't busy
I ate at this establishment and got severely sick! I ordered chicken strips and some onion rings! I know it’s from them because I had not Eaton anything all day and before I ordered food there I was fine! I will not eat here ever again! It’s not worth it!
The food was great as always. Very nice lady at the drive thru window. Always a pleasure going there.
For the past 4 months I stop going to Sonic because of a few bad experiences with the West Ashley location near West Ashley High school. I decided to try a different location. The female work was pleasant, friendly and professional. My food was hot and cut in half which made it easier to eat on the go. The cheese was hot and melted just right.. I enjoyed my sandwich and the service. I hope this continues.
This is the nicest staff of any fast food establishment I have ever experienced. Better than chick fil a because there not brain washed teens saying my pleasure all day. They are friendly, look you in the eye and say thank you. Everybody crew member at this location needs a raise ASAP.
Let me just say Kinata was hands down a queen!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE!!!!! She need a raise for all her hard work and kind spirit. She was nice to me at the window and overall made my order amazing. Once again she is an amazing worker. And keep up with the good work!!!
Only the drive thru was open so you think one order at a time would be easy to fill. Nope, I didnt get my tots in my bag, the main reason I went to sonic for lunch today.
The staff here is so friendly. Always short-handed but they work so hard to keep things runningsmoothly. I sure hope that management realizes they are fortunate to have such great people working in this location. They all deserve a nice raise!
