Walked inside, have been waiting for 5mins and no one has acknowledged me at the counter! Finally I speak up and ask if they're taking orders at the counter, a young lady says "we're busy at the moment... there's driver thru orders ahead of you." OK, that's fine!But, how was I supposed to know this if neither of fhe employees botheredto acknowledged me!!!?I prefer Smoothie King, but will take my business to Tropical Smoothie for now on!Since I've been coming to this location on San Rittenburg there's been nothing but bad customer service and long waits.
I travel all over for work. I love SK but this has to be the sorriest one of them all. I order online a lot, and give the places the benefit of the doubt and tip well.. the employees here have terrible attitudes as if your bothering them.. like,, im sorry i paid for a product and that caused you to have to work.. while you're at work... Not to mention the smoothies are here are basically flavored water with chunks of unblended ingredients when you get them. Thats not a smoothie, thats just gross.. especially considering the amount of money people pay for that garbage. This review isn't based off of just one bad experience. Its on multiple accounts. So now I drive across town out of the way to another location, because like I said, i love SK bur this one is the absolute WORST. I get it if you're short staffed. That can be frustrating, but who's not short staffed right now? That doesn't give you the right to be a D bag to your customers. Tighten up, or find somewhere else to work.
Couldn’t order anything because it’s only drive through. No one bother to even tell us, instead they look at you like your a piece of garbage… we own a truck and cannot pass though, there’s a door and tables inside… no one even answered the phone.
Horrible customer service. Ordered 4 little angles. They were made incorrectly. I called and they apologized and said they would have my name at the window and that I could come back and they would remake them. I told them that I could not come back the same day and they said they would leave my name at the window. I’m here now to get them and being told that they will not honor it because the manager is not here. I asked to speak to the manager and the associate said that she will not have her call me and that I have to come back another day. Terrible customer service.
My visit was expectional. Although the drive-thru was slow and it took some minutes for someone to come on the speaker. It was worth the wait to say I havn't been to this location in years. However, everything was made fresh and I enjoyed my smoothie. Thanks to everyone for work.

Went to this location and the service was horrible. Staff was VERY unprofessional, GHETTO and very rude. When I first arrived there was 3 gals sitting in the lobby socializing, took forever for my order to be taken. When the order was finally taken the staff was very disrespectful yelling over the speaker then another staff came on the speaker with a very disrespectful attitude also. Staff was not knowledgeable at all. This location is rarely open I guess operation hours are on their own time. SHUT IT DOWN! I will be contacting the BBB regarding this company its ridiculous and unfit. I would really like to know who is the owner of this company because it's a sad case. SHUT IT DOWN and keep TROPICAL SMOOTHIE in business. Hands down 0 stars from me!
Is this location still open? Pulled up to drive thru around 9:00 am on yesterday (2/8/22) and the store was closed. No signs posted to indicate whether closed for the day, week, or otherwise.Have experienced a number of service issues at this location recently but was still willing to give them another try!
Writing this review from the drive thru window. Been sitting here nearly 20 minutes. Only car in line. Already paid or else I’d be outta here. Why is this location so abysmal? Is there a black hole inside? Is there even an owner? Or manager? Get it together or PLEASE close permanently. I’m tired of this absolutely nonsense. BLEND SOMETHING
