This place USED TO BE really good until as of recently. The containers are compact and you get even lesser food than before. Ordering double meat doesnt do it justice. For those prices and such small portions I expected more.
They were scooping raw chicken out of a plastic tub that was not refrigerated. The employee was taking deep scoops to where his has was partially submerged in raw chicken, and then touching peoples’ plates as he served them. Gross and a major safety hazard!
It's more or less a bit of Japan on a small budget but it doesn't take away anything on the quality of the food. It has a limited menu but it's in very much the same tradition as going into a Japanese restaurant and seeing the food prepared as you are waiting and watching.
Unfortunately there was a roach stuck to the side of the cup of a soda I was drinking,wife took the straw out to open lid and get a drink when she said she was going to throw up so I looked and there was a roach stuck to the side of the cup, I already drink much of the soda and I hope to God I didn't drink any whole bugs. Thats the last time ill ever go there.

Not sure who the chick working there is related to, but she's been there for months and can't seem to get orders right still.
Was not open on time and told to wait 20 minutes. Previous time chicken was way overcooked and seemed to have been sitting out for a really long time.
I have ordered food from here previous the shutdown for COVID-19 and the food was good but I ordered Chicken Teriyaki, vegetables, and white rice yesterday afternoon. The food is just terrible now. No taste, season, or flavor. Need new chefs.
This is my favorite place at the Citadel Mall’s food court. The food is prepared in front of you. It’s also affordable considering that they serve large portions. The food is tasty and the staff is usually friendly!
Do not try and order from them on door dash. I've ordered 4 times and only once have I received an actual order from them they are slack and never confirm the order so you end up paying on door dash and have to cancel the order and receive Doordash credits... very unprofessional.. everytime I go to the mall they are just standing around looking at people but they don't have 30 seconds to confirm a doordasy order. Waste of time and money... take your money somewhere else for delivery
