My mom said, "ohh I liked it! And the service was really good." The sweet potato fries had a wonderful spice to them.I had the shrimp and grits plate which was incredibly savory and delicious. The pictures don't do it justice.
Nice ‘midtown’ vibe to this restaurant. Service was very good and the food was too!I had a varied Blue Cheese burger cooked the way I like it, the mac m cheese was delicious.Repeat the next time I’m in town.
They must have had an off evening. Waitress took our orders and wrote nothing down. Our dinner appeared before our appetizers. They took the dinners back, served appetizers. Chicken wings were burnt. I would have sent them back but the person did not want to bother. Burger was supposed to be medium but it was well done and my friends was pretty raw.I would like to thank for owner for contacting me. It's much appreciated and definitely good business. Will return to try again.
Wow, what a cool place. We were taken there by Charleston natives. I had a delicious salmon salad, another person had a burger and several had fish tacos. It all looked and tasted wonderful. Also had a great service. It has a cab door hanging on the wall from the real Rutledge Cab company. Parking in lot. Not too crowded at lunch. Fun place.
Rutledge Cab Company on Rutledge Avenue in Charleston is a great place to go for delicious food and drinks in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. I really like the burgers and sandwiches here and the fries. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you have the best meal.

Great neighborhood stop. The atmosphere was definitely lively, but in a very relaxed kind of way. Seating both inside and out with a large bar as well. The outdoor seating is definitely great and again a nice, casual atmosphere. The food is definitely very, very good. We had the Reuben egg rolls and their special was spinach artichoke dip. Both were excellent. The portion sizes for apps was a little small, but we had a group of 5. The entrees were great. The burger was excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.
