The food was very tasty and the desert divine. I had a 6 ounce sirloin but it looked more like 3 ounces. The server was overworked and it was very busy for a Friday night. You could tell they were short handed but considering the amount of tables the server had he did a good job. I would love to go back on a night where it wasn't so busy.
My husband and I stopped in on St Patrick's Day night for after dinner drinks and a snack. We got Erin J as our waitress who also ran the bar. They were very understaffed but Erin really made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up hanging out about 2 hours. The drinks were great and the cheesecake was delicious!
OUTSTANDING salad bar! Sign up for the email club and there is always something interesting being offered.Coconut Shrimp and fish and chips are awesome. Always order my food with a side of their grill zucchini! They actually grill it! ❤️
The worst experience that I have had at a restaurant. Waited 7 minutes to be seated with no one else on line to be seated. At that point we decided the salad bar would be the best idea (no telling how long a meal from the kitchen would take). I finally canceled my drink order because it still had not been brought to me before I finished my meal. Bad management. They had one girl waiting on one side of the establishment by herself. Very, very disappointing in all areas.
Passing through town and had a great experience!Super friendly, kind, clean and fun!Our server was personable, attentive and on top of his patrons. The manager was precious and very sweet as well.Ashley & MaddoxFrom Fl ?
Have been eating at Ruby Tuesdays for years but the last 2 times we have been was very disappointing and we won't be going back. The prices now are simply outrageous and the quality of food was not good. We just decided on the salad bar and really we should have just left and went somewhere else. The salad bar was just about out of everything. We had to ask for salad dressing, croutons, bacon bits, broccoli salad and several other things. The bowls were sitting there empty. It's not like they were busy by no means. Other people were also complaining. I had to go look for napkins and straws. It's really sad because we went there alot to eat but we won't be going back.
Absolutely horrible. Went online. Put in curbside order. Called thr restaurant 5 times only to find out they don't do curbside. Went inside. Stood around for another 10 minutes. Finally a woman comes out to ask about my order. I give her my name. Then, despite charging my credit card and showing her the confirmation, she looks at me and says "I don't have this". By now I've been waiting 25 minutes inside. There are exactly 3 tables in the restaurant, so they are not busy. She looks at me and says "you want us to make it?" I started to ask what had happened, but she just cut me off and asked if I wanted to make it. She said it would take 10 minutes. That's funny, because I'd been standing there for 30. I said yes, and she runs off. A bit later she literally drops the bag in front of me and walks away. No "I'm sorry". Literally nothing. If this is the way this business is run, I can understand why there were only 3 tables. I'm in town for business. I've put in an 18 hour day. All I wanted was to grab some food on my way to the hotel. This is the absolute worst service (if you can call it that) I've had in Charleston. I won't be going back.
DO NOT order ToGo…. I was appalled when I opened my container. Besides missing several items from the whole order, this is the $30 steak you get?
Actually very disappointed with this restaurant. Granted, I know it’s a Ruby Tuesday’s, but making sure your meat is cooked to the correct temperature is vital. Last night I was eating left over chicken tenders from the night before, only to bite into it & see that it’s raw. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because we really enjoyed the server.
The salad bar has gotten expensive and they've cut the offerings. Also, the broccoli and cauliflower smelled rotten. Told waitress, but it was never changed out. Staff is friwndly.
