Great service and food was delicious

Rappahannock is always a winner. French waitress was very kind and knowledgeable about the entire menu and drinks. We were a little disappointed that happy hour was only until 6, we saw 7 on some online posts. Everything was lovely. It is not a cheap place but it is worth the visit and $$ for sure. It is my favorite spot for oysters in CHS.

First time visit. Oysters were a definite plus but the food portion for the sword fish was terribly small for the price.

Fantastic food and drink. I would definitely recommend!

It took 20 minutes after we were seated before anyone showed up at our table with water. Five minutes after that the waitress finally showed. When I politely remarked at the length of our wait she remarked "well it is Saturday night you know". Not the first apology or recognition of the delay which, by the way, you don't find in other restaurants in Charleston on a Saturday night. The lid on the water bottle was encircled with a green, mold like substance which was naturally concerning. The restroom was filthy (I'll spare the details) and led one to wonder did they not have anyone responsible to ensure their restrooms were kept in a condition commensurate with fine dining (which the prices clearly indicated we were experiencing). The waitress disappeared after delivering the bill, and eventually I hunted down the hostess who apologetically provided assistance. Worth note, they were busy and a number of erstwhile employees were clearly hustling. In summary, if you want an excellent Po Boy, don't mind sitting at the bar, and don't have a small bladder, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, Charleston has much better to offer.

The baked scallop was the best I’ve ever had!

Great good and drink! It was very busy and our waitress managed to handle the situation very professionally.

Wonderful!
