I’ve ordered several times from here- today I ordered a Grandma Pie omg so so good. I’m from NY and believe me I know good pizza when I’ve had it and this pie was legit. Wish there place was bigger like there place in Florida- where you can sit down and eat right there. Maybe you might consider a bigger place in the near future here on James Island. ❤️??
I live less than a mile from here and have been wanting to try this place. I’ve read great reviews and heard people say nothing but good things. So here I am putting in my two cents while I’m still eating because I’m that impressed and it’s that good!!! My son had spaghetti and meatballs and he immediately said I’m not sure I will like that giant meatball. I convinced him to try it and one bite and he is sold. He loves it and already devoured his plate. I also ordered a pizza and fettuccine Alfredo as I couldn’t decide. Both are absolutely fantastic and plenty of leftovers! Well worth the money and it’s so close!! Please don’t ever leave James island because I would be heartbroken! ❤️
1st visit was a success. We ordered the Spinach and Artichoke pizza. It was definitely authentic NY pizza. The crust had a nice chew. I don't know how else to describe it. I will be going back to try a plain cheese and see how the sauce tastes. I was also pleased that unlike most places around here, they did not burn the bottom. I hate burnt pizza.
Just moved to the Island 2 months ago from Northeast. I was warned that there are not alot of good pizza places here. Finally stopped in here after driving by often. Tried a slice. The 2 guys working were so nice, telling me all about their menu, offering a topping that they didn't already have pre-made. I will definitely be back. The pizza is delicious. Thin crust (although they also have sicilian thick if you prefer). Not too much cheese. The perfect amount of sauce. Love it!!
Great wings! I got the spicy garlic for myself and a meat lovers pizza for my boyfriend and a few guys working with him. They said that it was great! What most impressed me )which is why I’m writing this review) are the attitudes of the people that worked there. They seemed honestly happy when I got there and when they we’re working on making the pizza they were always communicating…they never spoke down to any of their coworkers. I have a good idea who the owner was but it’s difficult to say and THAT’s what makes a good boss. Ill be back ???
Ordered Eggplant Rollatini for delivery. The picture on the website was exactly what was delivered... So I was impressed! I also ordered the NY cheesecake which I expected to be a dry sliver of cake. But again I was impressed with the size of the slice, it's moisture content, and flavor. Now I can't wait to try other things....
The Pizza is infused with the Sicilian spirit. You can taste that the pizza had come from a long line of family recipes...The sauce is rich and steams with authenticity! The crust is crisp and airy to say the least.My whole family enjoys their pies. check this place out!
I have to say that this is now my favorite pizza place on James Island. If you want a real Pizza try this place. They put the toppings all the way up to the edge of the crust and the crust on the edge isn't super doughy like Papa John's and Dominos. The pizza wasn't greasy like most pepperoni pizza these days so they are using the best ingredients obviously.Num num num. Pizza reheats great the following day on 400
Ordered twice and the food is excellent! Service has been quick, order up within 10 minutes. The pre-made section is a game changer, you have to try the NY Cheesecake and the Stuffed Shells. White Pizza is also noteworthy!
Great service, great people and the pizza and soup is delicious!! I will definitely be back to try everything else out. Best pizza I've had since I can't even remember.
