They took over an hour to come 1.5 miles with a personal pan veggie (estimated 25-35) minutes, charged me $2.30 for a bottle of root beer and brought me a dr.pepper ?
Large Guy with dred locs is very ignorant and rude at the Ashley River Rd Charleston SC location. Pizza is disgusting and taste like chemicals. I want a refund. I had to convince my family that pizza hut has good pizza and I now look like a Liar!!
This pizza is not good at all!! The staff is very nice but the quality of the food is very poor! I picked it up and when I got it home it was not even cooked all the way!! Pizza Hut used to be good a long time ago but has really gone down hill! I can’t believe you would give a costumer a half cooked pizza!
I’m posting a 5 because the pizza is great and every other location besides the one on Ashley River Road has friendly service.*********The one by my house will answer the phone pretending to be the police station so that they don’t have to take your order. And when you confront the manager, she will hang up on you after being rude instead of apologizing and letting you put your order in. May as well just order online. ************
Ordered at 607 pm pizza arrived at 750 pm. Did get a notice 1 hr in that grub hub was delivering it. 1 hr later at 805 I got a text from Mya that my pizza was delivered. No one rang my door bell. My pizza had sat in 36 degree weather weather for 15 on my porch. Mya was not the big man that dropped my pizza off on my porch after seeing my ring camera. The pizza was cold and had to be reheated.
Not happy with my pizza and breadsticks! Taste like it was reheated. Both pizza and breadsticks were hard. I would have rather had a frozen pizza!
We did to-go. We live close by, but it took 90 minutes, and clearly, the pizza and breadsticks had been around for a while, because they were cold. The flavor is good, classic in fact, and I understand delivery issues.....but getting hot food hot would be amazing! The driver was really nice

Worst pizza of my life. Cold, no bacon, tasted like cardboard, and took 2 hours to be delivered.
When I have picked up my pizza it has always been good. Today, I had it delivered because I had surgery and was on medication and not allowed to drive. My pizza arrived only slightly warm.
