My pizza was deliciousand it was made exactly the way I wanted it.
Spoke with foreigner Linda and placed order online. Wings were $9.99 for 6 pieces, big and barely coated. My pizza was burnt as well and I was supposedly accredited my account $20. Of course I call back within the same week, placed order online and told to call store for credit. Manager Jeremy does not compensate anything and brushes off complaint as if nothing occurred. I made a payment of $27 for my two pizzas and decided to do a review and I will give this store a bad survey when I get my order.
This is not for me this is for someone else. She placed an order through the call center, placed her order through them, arrived at this location only to be told that her order was not here. I end up calling the store number and as I'm calling one of the workers who told us about our order came outside. We asked her why no one was picking up the phone and she stated that they don't answer the phones. I understand there's online ordering but there's no way this type of establishment dont require their employees to answer the phone. They either need to shut down and open back up with new and better/enough employees or they wont last long.
I always receive very good service from this location. This time i was disappointed. The pizza was not up to my usual expectation. Your delivery personnel was as cordial and professional as always. It must have been a very very busy night.
Horrible restaurant. As I type this I have been on hold for 10 minutes trying to find out where my delivery is. I received a text 40 minutes ago saying my pizza was out for delivery yet its not here yet. I will have to reheat my pizza as soon as it arrives.*as I was typing this thry answered and when I stated what I was calling for they hung up
I had to call the store to verify the order, and the gentleman who handled my call was very friendly and professional, as was the delivery man.
You guys need to make sure the pizza is cooked. Need to pay attention to order details I asked for NO PORK and still received PORK SUSAGE on my pizza.
The drive through lane is narrow for large cars. But the food was excellent and so convenient for a late night Pizza attack! I was sooo impressed.
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite restaurants out there but it’s extremely inconvenient and a little ridiculous that the restaurant that I try to order from while I’m at work doesn’t open until 2 PM when lunch for most people is between 11 and one. I can only imagine how much business this particular establishment is losing because they can’t seem to open the doors at a reasonable time to take orders for their customers. Obviously I will never be using this restaurant ever again
