We were so lucky to have our intimate wedding reception at Parcel 32 on 6/3/2022 (we had 43 guests for cocktail hour at the large bar, a plated dinner in the seating area, and dancing upstairs with the other bar and porch). When searching for our venue, we wanted a place that captured the charm of Charleston but also wouldn't cost us a fortune. After looking at many locations, we were introduced and given a tour by Rachel and the rest is history. Rachel, the venue coordinator, is just amazing at her job. The most responsive, helpful, thorough, and all-around wonderful person! She made the decision so easy, as did the venue itself which is gorgeous. They handle so much in house (bar, food, cake, tables, chairs, plates/glasses/silverware, and even helped with linen rentals as well). It makes the day effortless! The food is beyond amazing (both the tasting and the day of- and the extra food they sent us home with), the drinks were phenomenal (including custom bride and groom cocktails), and everything in between ran smoothly. Everyone that came in from out of town loved the location and venue (and food!). Not to mention we got the best photos inside and out. The layout of the venue works perfectly for a cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. I wish we could do it all again! Rachel also let us run with any ideas we had (champagne wall seating chart, hanging a lit last name sign over the swinging couch on the porch) and was genuinely excited to make it happen. She let us drop off some stuff the day before and pick it up the next day which made everything easy. We also added on the American Theatre Marquee for photos and it was awesome to see our names on that. I cannot recommend this location enough for a smaller wedding or any event. Parcel 32 holds such a special place in our heart, now!!
We hosted a workshop at Parcel 32 in Charleston on May 21 & 22, 2022. The venue was PERFECT- classy, upscale, well appointed, and very detail oriented! Every nook & cranny was decorated to perfection! And the staff…seriously OVER THE TOP kind, accommodating, communicative…this list goes on & on. The food was REALLY good, sandwiches were huge & delicious & the beverage service left us wanting for nothing!! Our group was like a 2-day tornado ?but Rachel was GORGEOUS to work with! I HIGHLY recommend hosting your next event there & working with Rachel & her staff! You won’t regret it!!!
We recently hosted our son's rehearsal dinner at Parcel 32 and received so many compliments from our guests on the venue!! The atmosphere, service, food, and attention to detail were all fabulous! Rachel was wonderful to work with - I highly recommend!!
If you’re looking for the PERFECT venue for an intimate affair, don’t look any further! We held our reception at Parcel32 and couldn’t have asked for a more amazing experience. From the day of my initial inquiry to the last song at our reception, Rachel was present and accommodating. She exuded professionalism, was extremely thorough and above all, personable. She helped ensure everything went off without a hitch- we will always be thankful for her undeniable dedication to her craft.As Chefs, Food is of the utmost importance to us and Chef Peden and his Staff did not disappoint!! Everything was delicious from the passed Hors d’oeuvres to the oyster cart, to the well-thought out Stations! Thank you for everything!! I cannot rave enough about Parcel 32! We had a 50 person brunch reception, and we couldn't have asked for more. Every corner is photo-ready, the food was fabulous, the service staff was flawless, and each of our guests felt well taken care of.Right from the start, Rachel, the sales and events manager, was phenomenal. From the beginning, she answered every question with transparency and clarity. Each event space is different, and I know for a fact that she did more for us than what was required of her. She ensured that every aspect of our reception was tailored to our specifications and understood that we were working with a budget. Without Rachel, we likely would have been stressed putting it together; however, with her helping us, we knew it would be just fine. As it turns out, it was perfect!If you are deciding between Parcel 32 and another event space for an event, go ahead and choose Parcel 32 now and know you made the right decision.
We hosted a rehearsal dinner and welcome party for my Stepson and his bride. Parcel 32 was excellent to work with and so accommodating. The food and service were incredible and ambiance was perfect. It was also an excellent location and gave our out of town guests a true taste of Charleston. We hosted the dinner and then rolled right into a welcome party for our guests. We cannot thank Rachel enough and their amazing team for the service always with a smile! Thank you!

The perfect venue! I never saw the venue until the wedding day I would never have done that if it wasn't for Rachel. She was so great to work with and I trusted her. I knew she had everything take care of. The food was amazing, the staff was great. We only brought in table runners and babysbreath for the tables. It is such a beautiful venue you don't need anything! Our wedding was about 50 people and it was the perfect space for that. Awesome location as well!
We had the honor of having our wedding reception at Parcel. The whole team was amazing, and Rachel Starling made the whole process easy and fun. She was such a pleasure to work with and I was so impressed by her communication, her knowledge and her charming personality. Our wedding was delayed but once we got to parcel they did a flawless job making the whole night still run according to plan. It was a magical night, the food was amazing, service was top notch and we were over the moon with our decision to go with Parcel. People are still talking about our food months later! I highly recommend Parcel!!
