Horrible experience. I was delivered an incomplete order. When I called they said they would remake and it would take 35-45 mins for it to. I waited over an order for them to deliver what was missing from the initial order. The person on the phone had no remorse or concern when I called back to Followup on whether my order was still on the way or not.
I went to the store, tried to order & was told to go online... Then the guy walked off & left me there with an attitude. I waited for him to come back ONLY because my son & I wanted to try the latest and greatest menu item. This guy comes back, asks me what I want ( just like that), and then puts my order into the computer (hadn't wiped/ washed his hands). Then, he proceeds to dig in his hair, wipes his hands on his shirt, places my order and then goes DIRECTLY over to the dough with those SAME, DIRTY, UNWASHED hands that were just typing on the computer (that everyone was using) & that he was just digging in his hair with.... NO THANK YOU! I was like, May I PLEASE speak to your manager. She was very nice, but clearly has no protocols in place for sanitation. The computer was loaded with flour, which means that this was probably a regular practice. Next time I'll drive all the way to Summerville or some other location to satisfy my craving. Please do better, you are serving humans, not animals.
Make sure you order the EPIC Cheese stuffed crust pizza trust me, you will love it!They go all out with there cheese, like literally ALL out… It’s almost like Pizza Hut stuffed crust but, the only exception is Pizza Hut actually uses cheese.So basically the only epic part of this pizza is how they epically failed.
Quoted a delivery time of 30-40 mins. After an hour I called to inquire. Finally received my stone cold food after an hour and 15 mins.
I like ordering lunch. You can get meals for 1! The time is getting longer for orders. Today took over an hour. Only 2 guys working today. The food was great. They are hiring!! Can only do so much with 2 workers

Pizza and breadsticks were great! Pickup order said it would take about 59 min to be ready but it was done in about 20-25 min.Super friendly staff and over all a great experience! Will definitely come back.
I don't know who I talked to over the phone when I was trying to place an order, but they were very disrespectful in the interaction.Since this is 2022 and the age of web ordering is thing, I can understand the technical difficulties on the website can happen. So instead of ordering online I decided to call the store.During this phone call interaction things seemed as normal as it possibly can get. I provided my "name", "number" and "address". The employee at the store responded with "we are not able to deliver to that location". Which would be an acceptable response "if" I did not order Papa Johns from that same location within the same week.So respectfully, I explained to the employee that I ordered online to my current location earlier this week. I asked the employee if there was a reason "why they could not deliver to my location?" The employee could not give me an explanation why they were not able to deliver to my location, so respectfully I asked if they were a Manager or if they could direct me to a Manager. Instead of getting an answer or a response, this employee ENDED THE CALL on me or in other words "HUNG UP THE PHONE" on me. I attempted to call the store again and no one picked up the call. So I called the store a third time and my call was cut short.I love Papa Johns Pizza, it is a vice of mine during my travels for work. Especially with the climate of Covid-19. I have no problems with Papa Johns as an organization, but the level of disrespect with this particular employee during that interaction is unacceptable, uncalled for, and childish.Do Better
READ BEFORE YOU ORDER:Placed my order Friday night at 915pm. Said my order would be ready and delivered in 69-79 minutes. I was ok with that. I followed the tracker they give you to see how far along they are, order was moving quickly. 11pm I get a text good news your order is out for delivery (105 minutes), I mapped papa John's before I ordered, 4.2 miles away, 7 minutes according to Google maps. 1140 still waiting on my order. I called and tried to get someone, prompt 2 to inquire about your order. That said 14 minutes left for delivery, I hit prompt 5 to speak with a manager, the system hung up on me. I tried this 3 times so I figure I'd get someone by trying to place anew order so I hit prompt 3, got hung up on again. Finally 5 minutes roll by. I get a text, I'm downstairs with your order. I'm in an office building with no upstairs.... I give the girl directions, get my order and it's cold. This was a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would. The only thing missing would be a shoe print on the top of my box.
If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I would! I've been waiting over an hour for my order and when I called and spoke to the "manager" I was basically told to deal with it and wait for it. It's not the customers fault if your business is not properly staffed!!! I will NEVER spend another dollar in this place. When did "customer service" become so obsolete???
