I haven't been here in a while but was satisfied with my 2 recent visits the pizza was so delicious ? fresh & hot and taste even better than ever. I definitely will be returning keep up the good work ??❤
Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food service ever. Came in to the store to order to go. Refused to do a to go order, delivery only. I asked if they could deliver to the parking lot, they said no. I got it delivered to my house which is only 15 minutes away, went home and two hours later they are not picking up the phone and the delivery has not arrived. When I finally got a hold of them they told me they messed up and came get it as a TO GO ORDER? After refusing to do a to go order when I was at the store a few hours earlier. Would not comp anything, pizza was horrible and soggy from sitting for hours. All around bad experience that I will never forget. Do not eat or order here.
Called and wanted to pick up but they said they were only doing delivery. Were told it would be about 15-20mins. It took almost an 90 minutes for delivery
highly do not recommend getting anything from this location. we got two pizzas and garlic knots. one of the pizzas weren’t even cut, and don’t get me started on the garlic knots. not even buttered or anything, i’ll attach a photo just so y’all can see
I purchased a large cheese pizza yesterday, also picked it up, hardly no cheese on pizza and I paid right at $17.00. This is absolutely ? insane.
I usually like Papa John's pizza especially the flavor of their sauce but today our pizza was undercooked so hoping next time it will be better if we order in the future.
Just ordered the New York style....so hot and good and lots of pepperoni! Also ordered Stuffed crust....so good....All in all a GREAT experience....was a wait...about an hour..... BUT well worth the wait!!
Had such a wonderful experience this Sunday night! I had a terrible night at work today and all I wanted was a pizza, and the woman working was INCREDIBLY accommodating. I believe she said her name was Hunter, but if I heard that wrong I apologize. Either way, she was wonderful. She took care of us and reminded me of how far human kindness can get you, just by showing another person that you appreciate their service. So thank you so much for making my night, I appreciate you, beautiful pizza lady ?
ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! My sister ordered pizza for the family at 1:00pm and it's 6:39pmnow!! The pizza is NOT HERE!! She paid over $100+Tip!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND PAPA JOHN'S TO ANYONE!!#Shaquille O'neal needs to crack down on his employees.SO DISGUSTING ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HUNG UP ON US!!! My sister is LIVID!
Now I need to get a hold of corporate to ask why management/managers are lying, descriminating, and mistreating black youth, while using a "black face" to promote profits that are refused to very specific employees?I couldn't find a labor law online that says a minor "16 yr old" can't recieve a raise until they reach the age of 18. Im still waiting to hear back from the Department Of Labor.Possible lies followed by management mistreatment and targeting of a minor "my son". To the point that he wants to quit. There are no more passes for corporate/ economic supremacy when dealing with me or my family.
