I’ve ordered twice from here and both times the pizza never showed up. The first time they refused to refund me and offered me free pizza a day after the fact. Last night me and all my friends waited 1.5 hours before calling to ask where the pizza was but by that time, the place was closed and not taking calls. At least this time I was smart enough to not pay over the phone.

The New York style pizza is a disgrace to New York New Yorkers would burn the building down for the type of pizza that they serve and Cole New York style I am a New Yorker and it’s a disgrace the name that pizza after New York went to the one 0 Folly Rd. or a large pizza they put 10 pieces of sausage on it it was the nastiest pizza I have a taste from Papa John not saying all Papa John’s are bad but that one is a disgrace .

I ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter Pepsi as a treat for the nursing staff at a local hospital I am a patient at. The Pepsi was never delivered. The phone at this business was never answered. Very poor service.

Wife got a carry-out of two large pizzas today. One was just adequate and the other (bacon and mushroom) was nearly devoid of toppings. skimpy cheese, nearly no bacon or mushrooms. i have been to other local are PapaJohns and they were great. It seems this owner op is compromising quality for profit. I won't be back nor will any of my family.

I cannot believe the absolute disregard and rudeness of the store manager, Vincent. So I ordered online and the wait time quoted for pick up was 17-27 minutes. The confirmation email was quoted was 18 minutes, approximately. We sent family to pick it up and they arrived early, knowing it would not be ready. The manager then responded that they couldn't find the order with the order number, name, or phone number. After some shuffling and telling her she needed to "Figure it out" because he couldn't locate it, he found the order and told them it would be a 45 minute wait time, which is understandable considering it was a busy Saturday night, though obviously very far off from the original estimated time. He also told her of the last time we had ordered, which was delivery, and stated rudely, "Well was it a delivery order?" She then called me to tell me of the situation, at which point I called the store to speak to a manager.Vincent picked up and I asked why she was supposedly spoken to in that way. He "informed me of the situation," over the phone, stating he "was only relaying information," after they found the order, and he "apologized if she felt attacked in any way." I then asked why it mattered if our last order was delivery, and asked why the wait times were so wildly inaccurate. As I was speaking, he cut me off and I informed him that I would not be spoken to in that way if we were to have a civilized conversation. He continued speaking over me and I continued to tell him we would not be having a conversation in this fashion. He reiterated that he was only relaying information, asked if there was anything else he could do besides make the food, and continued not to answer me about the wait time discrepancies. Eventually, he stated he did not know and said he would be contacting his regional manager and again asked if there was else he could do. He did not offer to do anything to rectify the situation, and continued asking what he could do besides make the food. I told him he could apologize to my sister in law, and we got off the phone.When they came home, we found our pizzas had not been cut, but they informed me he did apologize. I've never had a problem at this location, and I understand the service industry is hurting right now, but the absolute disrespect shown to myself and my family, by a manager no less, is disgraceful.

Never ever again!I do not like writing bad reviews, but I just have to here! I have a back injury and limited mobility. Papa John's is less than a mile from my house. I ordered a cheese pizza (nothing difficult) at 5:30. At 7:45 found it sitting on my porch cold, without any notice it had been delivered. It tasted pretty much like the box it had been delivered in. I understand the staffing issues restaurants are facing, yet there were so many easy ways to correct this problem and none were made. Call Piasano's or Dominos, you will totally regret calling this Papa John's!!!

Ordered delivery and waited over an hour past the delivery time. Called to ask where it was and was told “oh yeah that’s been ready for awhile but the delivery driver didn’t take it. We can just cancel the order for you” and I was like ahh?? I still kinda want my food. Than they said we could come in a pick it up and I said okay but can we get a refund for the delivery fees and they said yes. Once we got there my husband went in and stood there waiting for someone to help him was ignored than a young man went and answered the phone and proceeded to ignore him. So finally he left because he didn’t want to stand there all night waiting to get a refund. So talk about a waste of money and terrible customer service. If I could give them a negative review I would.

The new crew at this location is not well trained and they are seriously struggling. I would reccomend doing pick up if at all possible to make sure you actually get what you want in a timely manner. Hopefully with more and better training this location can come back to what is.

Took 2 hours and got the wrong pizza when I called to get the problem fixed he said that they where out of stuffed crust so he decided to make it galic parmesan when I said that I didnt want it and I wanted a refund on my pizza he said well if you dont like it maybe dont order here rude and disrespectful I will never eat at this papa John's again I hope that punk gets fired

Got our pizza delivered the delivery person dropped it off opened up the box and all three pizzas were smashed to one side of the box. Call the manager talk to the manager he didn't know what he was doing because he was new and told me to call back in my I might get a free pizza tomorrow. Going to call corporate office in the morning and I think the manager should be fired because he laughed at me. Anybody knows customer service they should have immediately refilled the order and delivered personally but apparently this gentleman did not understand the ability to do a good job quality job!
