Accessing/exiting this location is always a nightmare, especially on Fridays! On top of this, these so-called associates who prepare food have an outrageous attitude, follow poor hygiene standards, and mess up orders all too often. If you order a simple veggie sandwich, why would anyone make it a half-veggie and half-tuna?! Pizzas are a joke at this place; they are nothing but crust and sauce. Today is the last day ever I'll set foot in to this location.
I ordered the pick 2 with French Onion Soup and a Greek Salad. Even though they close at 9:00, at 8:00 told they were not doing any more salads that evening. No salad so I switched to a flatbread which was more of a pizza. That was ok even though I tossed in the trash 80% of it. Biggest complaint is I am not sure why they call it French Onion Soup because this was just plain onion soup, no French about it. In the past Panera put in a few coutons and cheese on top. Nope. Also gave us everything in a to go bag as if they did not want to clean up anyone's dishes. This location has dimmed my desire to eat at any Panera location in the future.
Ok..im hooked..everything was spot on..from the store cleanliness to the service and the food quality and everything looked just like the pictures..and the time was perfect..im impressed..looks like our daughters were right. They gained a customer..the spicy chicken sandwich beat chic fil-a everything fresh..crispy lettuce fresh bread..i should have come sooner..i dont rate 5 stars but im giving this one 5..
This place was disgusting with drink area leaking all over. Slimy floors and trashy tables. No one was eating when I went in at 8pm. Such a pity! Panera is losing it’s grip.
Panera Bread...it's in the name...bread. Once a place teaming with pastries galore, well, you see what was available on my last visit. And by last visit, I mean my absolute last visit. So I decided to order food...a simple soup bread bowl and chicken salad. What I received was the smallest bread possible to be used as a bowl and soup, which was decent, that didn't even fill half of it. As for the chicken salad, once I opened the container I was excited to see it full, until I pulled off all of the garnish and was left with only a few table spoons of chicken salad. What was the response of the staff...portion control...it's all about portion control. And when my daughter received an outdated yogurt, we returned it just to have the staff go back to the fridge to retrieve a fresh newly expired one and gave it to my daughter. Definitely not worth the price I paid and most assuredly not worth my time. My experience is just for the International Blvd location in North Charleston...I can't speak on any other location...yet.
The food was great. I could tell that they had a short of staff but the young lady Ty'Lim was so sweet.
Food is great, kitchen staff seem fine. Having a young woman who essentially refuses to speak above a whisper at the register taking orders is a hugely counter-productive move. Failing to remind me about the Pecan Twist I was charged full price for (although I bought a Take 2 and large drink) wasn't appreciated either
Wonderful in cafe pickup today. They fixed order perfectly and even included a pickle! I wish Panera on Sam Rittenberg could get orders right! They cannot even do that after you take your order back twice!
The food was awesome. But I had the ordered for curbside and I had to go in to get it. They ran out of the bread I had ordered and I had to pick a replacement but that was ok. Just didn't like that I gave a tip on my order since I wanted curbside and ended up having to go in anyway.
Employees here are doing a good job and the space is accommodating. On the other hand, it’s truly “slim pickings” for vegan dining: it’s such a pity because compassionate cuisine need not be expensive, nor intricate….
