I had to order food delivery for my sick daughter from out of town, and Stephanie (one of the managers) went above and beyond to make sure her order was right..the order went out with ice in a drink that was to have no ice, & Stephanie made a new drink and got into her car & hand delivered it to her. Not only is this the definition of customer service and excellent management material, it is evidence of a kind and caring human being who is willing to go the extra mile to help another person. Thank you Stephanie! You’re fantastic❤️
Incredibly poor service, and it was not due to understaffing. The crew ( of five), was behind the counter screwing around, laughing with each other, even tossing food. And then, when we finally did receive or sandwich and salad, the tomato still had the bar code sticker on it. Truly disgusting. I will never go back there ?. Ten thumbs down!
The cashier was not caring about my order. He didn't ask if I had a Panera card. He was on his phone the whole time. He didn't ask about what sides we wanted. I asked for water and he charged me for a bottled water. When I questioned the pricing he pivoted the cash screen and said hereWhen I asked to talk to the manager, she had a didn't care attitude and only said sorry after telling her this was my second bad experience at this Panera. I would not go there again very disappointed
I’ve ordered curbside pickup twice from this location and BOTH times they never brought my order. First time, I called and they said it had been misplaced, second time, I finally went in, and the order was just sitting there on the shelf, missing my side and my drink. Really frustrating when you have a sleeping baby in the car - which is why I ordered curbside. For the price you pay for Panera food, I would expect a little better service.
The customer service is epically bad. You walk in and they’re grouped up talking to each other and completely ignore you. It takes a few minutes to get interaction and it’s never pleasant. The employees treat you like a nuisance. I love the concept of their food but the team making it here never get it right. The North Charleston location is exactly the same so I’ve pretty much given up on Panera.
I always order either the rapid pick up or curbside. I get a cinnamon bagel into cookies. Not that hard. When I get there after ordering 30 minutes prior it's never ready although I get the notification that it's ready. I call into the store and then go oh I'll be bringing it out in just a minute and 10 more minutes go by and nothing and I always have to go in. The food is great the people there are lazy. And while I was waiting for people went in there got their food and left, it's just ridiculous.I definitely will be finding a different Panera bread to go to.
Won’t deliver curbside orders. They leave them inside for pick up.
Extremely unhappy. 1.) Out of sweet tea and when I Informed the employees I got nothing but an eye roll. 2.) Ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese and received a half filled cup. 3.) Togo order was placed at 1:39. Ready time given was 1:49. My food was not ready until about 2:15. I understand everywhere is short staffed and it's hard to find people willing to work but there is no excuse for the utter disregard of human decency I saw there today. Used to love this place but this is the last time I will go. 10/10 do not recommend. Do not waste your time or money.
Almost 30 bucks for 2 soups and a mac and cheese. I'm better off getting their stuff in a grocery store for half the price. The baguette was good. Not 5 bucks for a piece of bread good, but good. Also yall don't pay employees enough to justify these prices.
Yum! Easy, delicious, fast
