We dined at Outback on Sam Rittenberg Hwy tonight. We sat in the bar dining area and was served by Tori and Hayley. Both of them project a outstanding team spirit and are very competitive in their job. Both went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable dining experience. Outback is very fortunate to have two such dedicated and friendly employees. Will definitely continue to dine with Outback. By the way, the food was also awesome.
Nothing like being greeted with a smile right at the front door. Our host Jessie was incredible. As we entered she greeted us warmly. She was efficient because even though the lobby was busy with people, she made everyone feel comfortable and taken care of. Gotta give respect where it’s due. Having a strong front of house makes a big difference.
Our waitress Taylor, made the dining experience at this location a very pleasant one. It almost felt like Mom and I were having dinner at my closest relative house. Taylor not only provided excellent customer service to our table but he recognize all the other patrons (including some familiar-regular patrons.) The entire staff was friendly and cheerful, but I have to give credit to my favorite, Taylor! Thank you and I will be patronizing for many years to come! Keep it up Taylor, God bless you!
Great food! The soup and salad combo is my go to good every time I order lunch! There ranch dressing is absolutely AMAZING!!
A great steak at reasonable pricing & pretty darn good service.
Waitress was clueless. Food not cooked the way we ordered it. Baked potatoes not cooked all the way and was cold!! Absolutely horrible!!
This is a great Outback location! Sometimes it does get busy, but they always accommodate and are reasonable when it is extremely busy. The food is hot and fresh, and the servers have a great attitude. If you’re real lucky you will get Zeke as your server, he’s great at what he does and knows how to make good conversation. I had Zeke as my server last time we visited this location and my girlfriend and I really appreciated his timeliness, how respectful he was, and his professionalism!
We had a wonderful dinner at Outback! The service was great & the staff was very attentive! Our server, Roshay, was wonderful and took great care of us! My husband had the pork tenderloin medallions & he said they were tender and juicy and very nicely seasoned. Our daughter was very impressed that you have Maine lobster on the menu and said it was cooked and seasoned to perfection! I had the grilled chicken and it was also very tender and delicious! Of course, the Bloomin’ Onion was wonderful too! Thanks, Roshay, for a great experience!
Ate out on Valentine's day. It was not overcrowded, but the staff was short handed. We had several different people come to our table. I guess there was a lot of confusion as to who had which job. The food was great. I only wonder why no one is wearing masks. People were spaced out though. I just think servers who handle food in any capacity should be wearing masks and or gloves. There are too many people still getting sick. It made me very uncomfortable. Only go out, if I am invited . Hope to see more people getting better, verses the other way around. My two scents. Feeling bad. Hope it's not that. That being said, the waitresses were very pleasant. Good service overall.
Had some family in town this weekend and we decided to go to this location. Our server was remarkable but but unfortunately we had several steaks sent back because they were not cooked properly. Who ever is cooking the steak should be either taught how to cook, or replaced.
