We visited this O'Charley's while on vacation after a very long day of driving. Mike was our server and he made our night. We had such a nice experience that we made sure to visit again before we left. Mike served us again and even though it was a very busy night, we enjoyed our visit again. The restaurant was convienient,, clean, and the staff attentive. The food was wonderful and the price was even better. Thank you Mike, we had a great time.
We came on Memorial Day Weekend on Sunday and we were seated immediately, our server was an army veteran named Michael who was very kind and courteous and patient with one of our people who has bad food allergies. Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate him as our server! Our food was delicious and and AC in the restaurant was PERFECT!
Everyone saying the food wasn’t good is either too picky or talking about somewhere else cause this meal was just delicious. From the bread to the Huge chicken tenders to the fries to the rice pilaf. Divine, just utterly UNDENIABLY delicious. Also the service is just fantastic. My only complaint is we don’t have one of these back home to eat at.
Servers were great especially since I was with a Tour group. However, the food was mediocre. Maybe the food quality was amiss because we were a Tour group. I'm not sure, but because the food was not good, I probably will not return to O'Charley's. I would have given them 2 stars but for the servers and the unknown factor.

Tonight was my first time eating at O’Charles and the food was fresh and delicious! Our waiter was John! He provide prompt and friendly service. He is a quality server. We shall return to enjoy more of the menu items! Thanks to John for the wonderful service

Service was good, but the food was not. Bread and butter was the best part of meal. Me & my friend ordered 2 different chicken meals with chicken tenders. They were not tender. She could not chew hers and only ate the mushrooms and half of the mashed potatoes that needed more butter. I struggled because chicken was tough and over cooked. Bill came to over $30. Chick fill’s would have been much better or even McDonald’s chicken nuggets! They should have comped her meal, but only offered to replace it..we will not eat there again!
I’m usually not one to complain BUT. I ordered our food online for pick up. Drive to the restaurant and park in the curbside spot. Wait and wait some more. Then I call, finally get someone on the phone and ask if I should come inside or wait for someone to come to me, they hang up mid sentence. So I call again the girl told me “you have to wait until I come to you” okay cool. While waiting I see 3 people walk in and walk right out with food. So I said screw it, walked in and to my surprise a tv screen showing a camera pointing right to my car. Hmmm wild I gave her my name and she turned around grabbed my food and handed it over. After I got home we were missing a part of the order and I found this in my food. Lesson learned. Not worth $58
