It was great under Kenny's management, now it's just okay. Queso comes WITH the nachos either on it or on the side. My wife orders the SAME thing every time. All these new people in there, and as a customer YOU have to inform them of this cause they give you some rinky dink salsa cup with queso in it instead of the appropriate-size cup of queso. Aye Dios mio...
I’m not one to post bad reviews, but I’m having trouble understanding how a place like this can screw up so often. Two visits in a row now I have some how been given the wrong order, which means someone else also didn’t get what they ordered. The orders are literally in a line and marked… so how does this happen?? Am I supposed to open up my burrito every time to make sure it’s the right one before I leave the restaurant? Wasn’t even busy either times. Don’t think I’ll be back.
I recently had lunch here ordered 2 chicken burritos it was amazing gotta say better than Chipotle!
There must be new management since we never hear, “welcome to Moes!” anymore, there’s boxes piled up in the corner, and everyone behind the counter seems miserable. Smile
I usually love Moe's. But the last few times I've made a delivery order, it's missing whole items or missing ingredients and it's really frustrating when you're hungry. If you like Moe's, just order in store. That way you can make sure you get what you ask for.
So sad how Moe's has steady, especially in this store, gone drastically down hill. I was here yesterday, 3/15/2022, and they have no tv's up anymore, small portions, horrible taste, and their prices have steadily gone up. They also allow other small shell companies, like a knock off driving company, set up in here and be loud and bother paying patrons. So sad....
Great place!!! Wonderful atmosphere. Customer service skills on point! Greeted joyfully and immediately upon entering! Cashier was quick and polite. Extremely courteous. The entire staff is awesome
Food and service are good but orders placed online are almost always wrong. Some additional attention to detail from this staff is needed
Food is still great.You get your food made as you like it right in front of you. They have vegetarian options for me.
Love this location. They always get the order right and the food is put together better than other locations. Worth the drive.
