Really didn’t want to leave a bad review on here but they are not giving me much of a choice. Ordered three steak burritos online and received three rice and bean burritos. Went to the corporate website requesting a voucher for the correct order, no response. Waited a week or so and called the store, again not asking for a refund just wanting the correct order. Managers told me sometimes they run out of steak (figured they would share that when I picked up) and that he had to get with his higher ups prior to issuing me a voucher for the correct meal. Still haven’t heard anything and it has been several weeks.

Staff was friendly and food was very good. This location was very busy.

Soft tacos (corn tortillas) not cooked at all before making. Didn’t realize till we got home. Payed extra for guacamole and little to none on burrito. Chips were horrible and no salt at all. Long blonde hair also in taco. Seriously a joke. Never leave reviews but that was an absolute waste of $30.

The staff here is always so wonderful to speak with. The food has always been on point and delicious. Honestly a joy anytime I walk in the doors.

Service and food are consistently good at this location. It can be very busy during the evening but the line moves quickly. Food is fresh and queso is delish:)

Worst experience at a Moe’s. Pretty sure over half the staff is stoned. Should have gone to Chipotle

I ate at this location for the first time today I ordered the chicken bowl with queso sour cream corn I live less than five minutes came home had around five bites I’ve never been so sick in my life I threw up I called the manager to let him know that something there it’s not right he got upset at me I told him do not serve that food he told me he serving the food do not eat at that location

Moe's restaurant is too inconsistent. The ground beef is way too salty. The steak is chewy, and the chicken most of the time is inedible (like trying to eat wood shavings). Years ago Moe's was one of my favorite places to eat. Quality has dropped severely. The employees come across as if they hate their jobs and the customers are bothering them by walking in the door. I miss the friendliness and the quality of food Moe's once delivered.

Mess up my online order EVERY single time. This time was the worst and unfortunately my husband picking it up failed to check for accuracy, so I just paid $12 for a bowl of romaine, chicken, and black beans. I think it may have been an app glitch, but I’m beyond upset about this! It’s unacceptable. I’ve been a customer here since it was first opened, but I’m getting really tired of the customer service going downhill and not being able to confidently order through the app.

Friendliest Moes I’ve been to in the whole 5 years I’ve lived in SC!! Thanks y’all!
