I’m usually never compelled to write a review, however the service here was completely unacceptable. My brother and I walked in mid day on the 4th of July, and walked out with the pizzas pictured. There was at least 9-10 employees up front, which felt a little unnecessary and not one could get our pizza correct (even after giving directions). In addition to this, they dropped one of our pizzas and had to remake it (possibly bc there was so many employees socializing or because they were inebriated) and had to wait another 15 minutes. Again I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was not okay.
Very hand-made. How much toppings you get on your pizza is very dependent on who makes it. As you can see, my wife's pizza had a lot more than mine. In fact, I had to even take their attention away from the next person in line to make them aware they hadn't served me yet, so perhaps the person making my pizza shorted me out off irritation. This would also be a better experience if I liked thin crust.
I like this place, mostly good, one very bad experience. Some days you get super friendly fast service, with such nice people that you definitely want to leave a tip. Other days some of the teenage employees argue with each other and then prepare 5 internet orders in front of you after you've already been waiting in line over 15 minutes. On the one bad day I visited, I didn't see any adults working to reign in the verbal fight 2 of employees were having with each other.
Georgia was extremely helpful tonight! She anticipated all of our needs and helped us build two delicious pizzas. Her customer service was unparalleled and I hope she’s there to work with us the next time we come in!
This is one of the worst experiences ordering food from anywhere. The website says they deliver, Jon placing the order I then learn that it would be delivered via doordash. I ordered the pizza at 5:28. On the receipt it says est delivery 5:44 the email said 6:08. I sit around waiting. Then at 6:25 I get s message that my pizza will be delivered at 6:50. The pizza finally got here at 7pm. The driver left it on the floor outside my door at my hoteland didn't even knock on the door or anything to let me know. So over 90mins wait for pizza and by then the pizza was ice cold of course. It's ashamed because the pizza actually tasted decent after microwaving it.

Great food, great atmosphere, great service! Love that you can put whatever you want on the pizza & salads. They are also great about dietary restrictions. Lost 1 star because dinner for my 1yo was $8. ?
Went in for a quick lunch and instant regret. I have been here at least a dozen times and never had the experience I had this week. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I noticed it all. First, no ice so if you wanted a beverage you had to purchase a bottled drink. 99% of the bottled drinks were gone. Want sweet tea? Think again. The drink machines were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Not pictured? The stacks of dirty plates in all of the trash stations, overflowing trash, dirty tables everywhere, and pickup counter covered in food and melted cheese. Severely disappointed with condition of establishment.
Quick, good service. They add more toppings as you request. Clean store.
I’ve been eating here since 2018. At first, it was an easy 5 stars- great pizzas, good service, friendly staff. Unfortunately, it’s been slowly going downhill quality-wise with their pizzas for the last few years.
