Very poor management I went to grab a quick burger I am a tow truck driver so I had to go inside the store well they have signs no cash well all I had was cash an the manager working was very rude and would not accommodate me and walked away I'll not visit this location again waiting on a call back from there 1800 number that goes straight to a voice-mail of course

Line was long when I pulled in so I decided to go inside and use the kiosk. I waited 9 minutes and still no service. I crossed the line into the boot service area and was told to get back Because I was over the line. This store does not understand the meaning of customer service. 4 of us were waiting in line and no one even bothered to come over and check on us. Our orders were not ready. They were not friendly nor were they very helpful. I will no longer even attempt to come to this location. The service here is deplorable

I had a terrible experience on 03/8/22 @ 7:45pm. The lobby was locked which on Google maps the time was from 6am-11pm and the night staff was having difficulty communicating with coworkers. However the Kiosk is a great benefit and the morning staff is awesome. I'll continue to enjoy the service though ?.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don't try to use the app to pick up food!We knew it was going to be a long wait because the drive thru line was long and the dining room has been closed for at least a year, so we ordered online and my husband wen to pick it up. We used the app which notifies McDonald's when you arrive and what parking spot you are waiting in so they can bring your food out to you, as no one is allowed inside the building. The app checked my husband in and said usual service time was about 5 minutes; however after waiting over 20 minutes he tried to call the restaurant. Over and over it went to a voicemail box that was full- what kind of business doesn't answer the phone? So he waited another 15 minutes hoping someone would bring our order (that we had already paid for) out to his car. So now, 45 minutes after arriving he decided to pull through the drive thru and when he arrived at the window the employee told him they weren't allowed to leave the restaurant after it got dark! BTW it's been getting dark at 6:30 pm...Why have an app for order pick ups if the food will never be delivered? What if he would've waited an hour or two? It's just so inconsiderate and ridiculously bad for business! He finally arrived home with our order after being gone over an hour and they food was barely warm (we live right down the street). Maybe lunch hours are better- or not during a high volume time but I thought that was what the app was there for!Not sure if all the McDonald's in Charleston are this bad but this was definitely the worst experience at a restaurant ever.

I waited 10 minutes for an online order. I was told by the person who came to my car that there were 4 burgers and 5 fries in the bag, but when I got home there were only 3 burgers. I tried to get in touch with the restaurant but no one would answer the phone. A major waste of time and I feel ripped off after paying for a $6 burger that was not even in the bag.

Mabel and her one coworker this morning 6am-ish 1/16/22 rocked it out with no help. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting a little bit. Mabel has been the most pleasant voice on the intercom for years.

Ordered 2 for $6, a quarter pounder w/ cheese and a fish filet, plus large fries. The meat on the quarter pounder was burnt and dry, the bread was stale and hard. The bun on the fish filet was also stale and hard. The large fries were so few, they wouldnt have qualified for a small order. Plus they were overcooked and hard. We opted to throw this meal in the trash and just fix ourselves bologna sandwiches instead. This will be our choice from now on before we ever order from this McDonalds again. This is what $15 an hr plus diversity and equity gets you nowadays.

I really shouldn’t be surprised with anything McDonald’s does at this point and yet I still find myself writing them a terrible review for waiting what felt like a century on an orange juice a small caramel frappe, and when we finally had enough we get told that they don’t do orange juice like what kind of response is that. Almost forgot I was Christian for a second and had to recompose myself before manager came out to bring our drinks. Other than that awesome service god bless

Advertised as open 24h but very much not open on a Sunday night. Management should ask google to fix their hours if staffing doesn't allow them to stay open. I'll be happy to adjust my review when it's actually accurate.

If I could give zero stars I would most definitely do so. My name is Scott Ray, I would’ve done a report of my experience over the survey on the receipt, but I didn’t receive one! How ironic! I wait for an hour and 40 minutes or so to get to the speaker, at which I’m not spoken to for a good five minutes. When taking my order, the employee on the other end just disregarded anything I said and messed up my order to a degree which I struggle to understand, and I’m ignored when I explain that the order was wrong. When I pull up to the window, the employee who would take my pay has her back ON THE WINDOW, WHILE ON SNAPCHAT. She had no idea I was there for a solid minute and a half and when I explained that my order was taken incorrectly, she asked me if I’d like to change it. With a bit of positive hope, I say that I would, to which she says “oh yeah we can’t change orders”. Why would you offer to change the order to what it should be just to tell me that you cannot. I waited almost two hours for one cheeseburger and a sprite, WHICH HAD NO SODA SYRUP IN IT!! When I ordered a number 7, with fries and a sprite. I have never pushed myself to complain about service in my entire life but tonight was just awful, and if anyone knows a way I can reach out to a manager other than the survey ( because I did not get a receipt ), please let me know.
