Wasn’t pleasant at all ! Cookie case looks like it hasn’t been cleaned out in who knows when it was very smelly like dirty socks staff was very rude I heard manager say to staff not to kiss customers “a$$” trash was filled to the top trash was left on tables I had to order through app after standing at register for 10 mins as manager and other staff walk by as I wasn’t there
I ordered on the mobile app and went to mobile pickup 1 and after 13 minutes, I went inside and they had my food the entire time sitting back there in a bag but no one wanted to run it out. The manager who handed me the bag didn’t apologize or even say a word, she just picked up the bag and handed it to me. Don’t offer mobile ordering if you’re going to make people sit in the parking lot waiting and not actually bring it to them.
The only reason this place is in business is because other places close on Sunday. Long lines and slow service. The three of these in West Ashley must get together and have a competition on how long they can get people to wait for food that isn't even fresh. It would be one thing if the food came out got and ready after the 15-20 minutes you spend in the drive through but McDonald's doesn't even have the courtesy to do that.The other store, the one closed on Sunday has three times the amount of traffic and it still takes less time... And they thank you for coming.
If i could give one star I would! Called this store to ask what time your lobby close and ( sharnice) the women that answered the phone began to first yell at me and say it’s closed due to staffing issues! This was the second time I called in which the first time I gotten hung up on!! This is poor costumer service! Lady needs to get repercussions for her attitude! I will not be going here anymore and I’m a regular that comes in all the time! I’ll take my business elsewhere! Magwood drive perhaps!
I stopped at the drive through to grab a quick sandwich on the way to an appointment. They didn’t have my food ready by the time I got to the window, so asked me to pull forward to wait for a minute until it was ready. It didn’t take long at all and they threw in hot fries to say thank you for my patience. What a pleasant surprise!
Chicken not cooked. On the on chicken sandwich..put half a container of mayo on it. Got no straws and fried were just thrown in bag. Horrible experience.
The food was actually really good. And, I got a dr pepper. The carbonation was perfect. The first time a restaurant has gotten it right in a while
My daughter likes to eat there. The shake machine was down on this day so I wasn't happy.
I placed an order at the drive thru, and the order was made incorrectly. I told the black male at the second window that my order was incorrect, and I requested cheese on my order. He then ask a black female to add cheese to my order... she then says he’s stressing over that. He responds I know right. Thinking because the air vent blowing from the drive thru window muffled the sound that I could not hear them. I didn’t go back and forth with them, because i refuse to engage in arguments with ignorant people about something so simple. Next time I’ll drive out of my way to go to chick fila, they give better service. Happy New Year!!!
Was given a raw hamburger, when I brought the food back and asked for a refund of 16.52, The manager on duty immediately stopped listening to me, turned around and began yelled at the kitchen staff, and then proceeded to refuse to refund the money because it was " close to close to 20 dollars". The manager definitely had already made up her mind about not refunding me the money the moment I refused to let them replace the hamburger. My concern obviously is that they don't take care with how they prepare food and that would probably extend to the rest of the food that I got and I didn't want to give them the same chance. There is no way I will ever be a patron of that restaurant again.
