Stopped here on my way to an RV park. Was starving, and needed to use the bathroom. Despite about a dozen vehicles in the parking lot, all doors leading to the lobby/dining room were locked. Knocked, no one came to the door. Someone's kid was playing inside, someone else walked by and looked right at me and kept walking . Couldn't go through the drive-thru. Struggled back to my RV (I have a handicap) Will not stop here again on my way out from camping.
Ordered food through the app and waited in the curbside spot but the food never was brought out and the lobby doors were locked. Thanks for taking my money and not bringing my foot McDonald's what a wonderful way to start my day. Maybe if you'd pay your people a living wage you wouldn't have staffing issues. Stay away from this location they are absolutely awful.
Terrible customer service. I work in the industry and know it can be stressful. We came in and ordered on the kiosk over $30 worth of food. In that order was a McFlurry & a hot fudge sundae. After a couple of minutes a polite young man let us know that they could not do the ice cream. We ask if they could sub a Frappuccino and he ask a lady that was packing the bags. He let us know they would not sub because the Frappuccino cost more. Then when ask about a refund she acted like she did not want to do that either. After giving us our food, she turned like she was done with us. She had not even spoke to us. I ask again about the refund. She hesitated then finally did it. But has yet to speak to us.
Ran by scrubs that don’t want to work so they close the place early every night. Probably should get different people who know how to work run the place instead.
Food was disgusting and cold onions was all over my Big Mac fries were cold and soggy nuggets felt like they were out for hours this was the worst experience I ever had with this McDonald’s I stop eating it 3 years ago because the similar experience don’t go big regret
The store is a filthy store. I bought something from there and the price was high sky with the wrong order. And on top of that the fries were ice-cold not even lukewarm. Never again. Find a different McDonald's also the inside is not even opened and the guy made me return on a long line to get my money returned.
Went through the drive thru, ordered a Big Mac and vanilla shake.The employee at the pick up window was pleasant.
Workers here are the epitome of laziness. Hours say they open at 6am, but nobody is ever taking drive thru orders before 7. You see plenty of people in the building, just either not paying attention or hoping you just leave. Occasionally someone will pipe up but no matter what time it is, they always say they’re not opening for another 20 minutes. Useless.
If You want to wait behind 10 cars in the morning for your half cooked breakfast. This is right where you need to go!
I waited in line for 15 maybe 20 minutes and then I drove around to the cashier's window there was no one inside that I could see the lights were on no one was responding to phone calls they just stopped serving
