Long wait at drive thru, lack of customer service. No salutations coming or going.. they seem very bothered by customers’ presence.
The manager in this store needs to be fired. We walked in the place was empty and dirty. We stood there for 5 min until we asked for help we were told to use the Kiosk I said I didn’t bring my glasses he said he couldn’t help me. Took for ever to get food soda machines were broke and he ignored all that came in. A women ordered something by error and he wouldn’t give her an refund she actually had to take the food she didn’t want. Then a older man came in with only $2 cash he stood there for 8 minutes until my husband put his order on our cc bra cause the kiosk would only take debit or credit card no cash. He needs to be fired
Definitely go here if you want to see what the worst McDonald's experience you can get. I have never gotten good service from here what so ever, but I can usually deal with it as long as I get decent food. Because let's be honest here, its McDonald's I don't expect much. But last Friday I made a mobile order and the line was wrapped around the establishment as per usual. I go to the mobile order spot where to my surprise the workers decided it was a cute idea to park their cars there so they didn't have to bring the food to you. So I waited 30 minutes in the line which they never took the order from the first person 6 cars ahead of me. I left and never recieved any food from my order or a refund. Would love for corporate to see how bad it gets here :)
It's now open for dine in. You can also eat outside, they've got a nice outside setting. I like seating inside as it's very comfortable and clean.I always order on the app and just walk in and pick up and eat inside.They have two gaint screen for you to place your order on. This is the only way you can order inside as they do not do/accept over the counter screeming of orders. It's very friendly; I mean the staff.They clean up right after you leave. It stays clean all the times.Bathroom is always clean. I go here every day for lunch and I eat rhe same thing all the time - 2 Big Mac.If you order through drive through, be prepared to cue in a not so fast line of vehicles that wraps around the building into the main road (especially during lunch).Also, parking may be an issue if you wanna eat inside. But people are always in and out so you may be lucky (most likely) to find a spot.McDonald's - cheap junk food that taste good and is addictive ☺
This place was ok until they closed their doors because of covid! Liars! It's not a requirement to close your lobbies because of covid. You are just lazy people who want people to wait 20 min in drive through for a sweet tea. They charge double price compared to other locations. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to now. Never has milkshakes as they are broken always.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, added tomato and lettuce and was. Charged. $.50 more for lettuce and.$.59 for tomato. Problem was there was a tiny piece of lettuce the size of a dime and no tomato,. Also ordered a 10 piece chicken mc nugget received a 8 piece. Nobody answers phone when you call.
Every experience here has been a slow one. All three times waiting many minutes at the menu just to give my order, despite variation in business and time. Slower than other McDonald's, took over 15 minutes when they weren't busy and over 30 when they were. Food was decent. Two of the three times, they were out of ice... This branch seems to have taken the fast out of fast food. Would not recommend unless you have an hour for lunch and you don't mind waiting for half of it.
Multi-Time DoorDasher here..This McDonald's is beyond incompetent. I've delivered around 8+ orders here. The Drive Thru is always backed up, the ice cream machine is always "broken" (a complete lie, as someone who grew up working in fast-food),and worse- the employees speak with such anger and distaste for their job, it makes you regret even doing your job and asking to pick up the order that you're here for.The simple solution would be for management to give a flying "F" and pay employees better, value them in their day to day operations, and in incentivize workers like a true LEADER should.Clearly the management cares nothing for running the business, though. So sad that what could be a great place is below average.The people who work here are always so angry. Like what manager oversees a place and allows their team (who they should be leading and inspiring confidence in) to be so angry???It's ridiculous. And represents a complete lack of professionalism.It's also why delivery drivers continuously decline orders from here. The effort and craziness to pick up a simple order is just far too much for a rational worker.

If h*ll was a place, this would be it.Never been so DISRESPECTED at a drive thru in my life.Energy was so bad, I literally threw my food in a trash can after waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line.I tried to be nice and thanked the lady for my food, and she GLARED AT ME SO HATEFULLY, that I lost my appetite.SICKENING EXPERIENCE.A $2 hotpocket is 1,000x enter than deaing the angry hateful people working here.Oh and your hotpocket will be done in 2 minutes, while a single chicken sandwich takes McDs 30 minutes straight to complete
