What a wonderful way to begin our stay in Charleston. Enjoyed a decadent breakfast of pastries and coffee before heading out to see the sights.

Loved the dessert “Madagascar”, the croissant and coffee was very good. I thought the coffee itself was a bit overpriced but the rest was good! If you like croissants or simply want to have dessert and coffee worth your money, go to La Patisserie. As a try European who has been to France at least 10 times I would say you truly get a French experience at La Patisserie.

Loved it! Everything we ordered was amazing! Mimosa, Opera, coffee, croissant, turkey and brei sandwich. Highly recommend!!!

Absolutely delightful selection of fanciful dessert options. So beautiful to look at but more importantly, it was the best dessert I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly balanced textures and flavors. Gorgeous ambience. I plan to come back every time I visit Charleston.

Delicious French pastries!! They also have a great coffee/tea menu. The pastries, breads, and sandwiches are showcased in a nice glass display case.

Stunningly good. Had the Peach Turnover and it literally flaked apart. The jam was outstanding and the coffee was solid. Latte was great and the staff was excellent. Old school paper ticket system is interesting, a little automation will go a long way but I think they are going for a vibe. Overall excellent.

Another amazing Hotel Bennett aspect! We LOVED the macaroons. Especially the passion fruit & the pistachio! Inside was clean and cool, which was a nice break from the heat of walking around outside.

The head chef is actually French, which explains why the French pastries reminded me exactly of what I saw and ate when I was in France. Highly recommend this place! It was beautiful and the pastries we got were delicious. If it's available, try the Madagascar! SO good!

It’s a beautiful and clean little bakery and coffee shop. Staff is delightful. The coffee was fantastic. My almond croissant was delicious and my husband got an egg and bacon croissant sandwich. We asked for our coffee in actual mugs since weren’t taking it to go and they happily obliged. Such a great spot if you go early enough before the rush.

I loved this restaurant! I had puff pastry with ham and cheese, perfect, nice and light, just right amount. The cookies were also delicious! Really, have to visit sometime on your trip. Where can you go for authentic French pastries? Here!
