This location consistently disappoints. Service inside is slow, drive thru is slow, both regardless of customer volume. Workers were standing outside while we were all in the drive thru line just waiting for a response. They couldn't be bothered to inform us they were closed despite having doors open and lights on. This location does not disappoint in being disappointing.
No matter how many people are in line you’re going to wait at least 10 minutes.Both times I got KFC the chicken sandwich didn’t look anything like other KFC chicken sandwiches I’ve gotten before. Don’t go here.
Not sure how they got 2 1/2 stars but two stars is being really generous. Other than the food really being substandard the service was very late. We were told 20 minutes and it took 50 minutes to get our second bucket. The dining room overall was dirty and the manager who was sitting at a table didn’t seem to care at all.
Kfc has false advertising, I ordered a $20 fill up and they wanted to charge me $34
I had to wait in a long drive thru that’s nothing new order my phn had to wait bc da 7 plus min on top of the waiting in drive thru wings was fresh aleast bread was hard and they gave the wrong sandwich wit my meal then I never received my drink wit my combo after the 13 min wait been here twice 3 time tonight want be another needs to improve on staff
I want to give an honest review. This kfc/Taco Bell normally takes a little longer than most other fast food spots. That being said…the kfc side is pretty good. They were making fresh chicken for sandwiches so I subbed tenders and got a massive sandwich. It was great. I always get the famous bowl if i stop here. It’s the best deal on the menu in my opinion. The Taco Bell side of this place is a little less appealing. The portions seem smaller and it doesn’t seem to be quite as fresh.
For a $20 fill up dark meat, they gave me all legs after specifically asking for an equal mix. looked in my bag for receipt to call, no receipt. Got number, called, no answer! Don't go, I won't be back

I’ve never experienced a level of disrespect like I experienced this evening. The woman name Melissa who attempted to take my order was so disgusting with her attitude the manager even intercepted my order. However that did not stop Melissa from attacking me verbally at the window
