I got two Italian night clubs and my partner asked the gentleman taking our order if ALL subs come with lettuce, tomato and mayo and the guy said they do not; the Italian only comes with what it says on the menu. When I got home and opened our subs, both had lettuce, tomato and mayo. Very unfortunate.

Took 30 Minutes to get sandwich. They are woefully understaffed. Never again.
So much for "Freaky fast". My sandwich was not made to order and service was slow.I saw the long line of cars in the drive-thru and decide to go inside to place an order. I waited longer than the line of cars that were already there and then some before getting my Beach Club sandwich, which was missing the avocado. Not returning here.
Apparently needs new management. Been trying to order online and by phone all afternoon and the phone is left off the hook. If you don’t wanna work, quit!
Jimmy Johns is legendary. Always the best. They really are freaky fast to make your order. We typically do an online order and pick it up and it’s often ready in ten minutes or less ready for us to swing in, pick it up and go!

What an amazing store! They fed our entire 12u football team and coaches from Jacksonville, NC while we were in Charleston playing for the national championship. The staff and owner were incredible to our youth program and the boys all enjoyed the food! Thank you for you hospitality and support!
A few coworkers and myself order from this location quite often. Normally for delivery. It has always been quick with a friendly staff. Everyone is suffering from staff shortage, so it’s completely forgivable and understandable if things run behind. The manager, Roberta has always been extremely kind and apologetic if a order is even 10 minutes behind. She provides phone calls and updates which is WONDERFUL customer service. The 5 star rating is for Roberta. Thanks for being a great manager, I’m sure your employees are lucky to have you. I will continue to order from this location for the remarkable customer service.
Waited over 40 minutes for delivery, no big deal, I get restaurants are busy. Finally see JJ delivery car out front....YAY FOOD! Nope no food on my porch. Call store explain situation and that I am helping my disabled parent into bed, so maybe I missed the delivery (even though I specified in delivery notes to leave at side door) . Get hung up on once, call back get put on hold several times then hung up on again. Then out of nowhere a LOUD OBNOXIOUS knock on the door and food has been thrown at my side door. And after all that, it's not even my correct order. Never again. Will be sticking with Jersey Mikes.
