Came in at 8:45 for 2 subs. They close at 9, the employees had the entire store closed down, and it was like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food and they were still open. They girl made some comments under her breathe when I told her what I wanted. I felt as a customer I was a bother to them, hopefully the owner sees this comment and fixes it. I will not be returning to this location after that.
Love Jersey Mike's Subs. First enjoyed when in California, now enjoyed here as well. Fresh and good for a great sub!!
The people here are always fun and friendly. They make our sandwiches correctly every time and the ingredients are always fresh. Our favorite sandwich joint by a long shot!
We have Jersey Mike's in New Jersey sandwiches much better and more flavor able than Jimmy John's

I can honestly say, out of roughly ten times going there, just once has my order been right. Whether the forget the chipotle sauce or give me steak instead of chicken, just once has it been what I ask for completely. Poorly managed.

I was so excited that jersey Mike's was coming to the neighborhood. We have eaten there almost every weekend since they moved to this location. My husband usually gets a sub and a half and I get a salad. The last two weekends the salads were half the size of what I have been previously getting. The lettuce? I think I would get more on a sub. The toppings? Maybe one piece of turkey and one piece of bacon. Suddenly the size has been cut in half. New containers and all. If I am paying for a sub to be put in a bowl...same price...I should be getting the same amount of meat. I don't know why the change has been made but sadly, I won't be back. $9 for a salad should mean I get some salad.
Our tailgating crew decided to go with sandwiches the night before we went out of town to the game. We called before they closed and verified with the manager, Diana, that everything would be ready the next morning with our large order. We got to the store at 1000 when they opened and the food was ready to go, exactly as we requested. This store is great!!
