Staff was friendly with excellent service. The ice cream was excellent ... is there any ice cream that's bad?

I would give Jenis 3 stars if you are someone who loves traditional ice cream flavors. If you are someone who wants something unordinary, this is definitely the ice cream place for you. They have flavors I've never seen before. I got watermelon taffy and it was yummy. They had lavender flavored ice cream and just so many other unique flavors so check it out. Also it's pretty cute inside.

If you see a line, don't worry - it moves quickly. And, just be happy that you've found perhaps the best Ice Cream place anywhere! Fresh, hot waffle cones with some of the most inventive flavors you'll find anywhere. This is a MUST VISIT for any Charleston trip.

Loved this ice cream. Really thick and creamy. Didn't melt fast and drip all over our hands. Waffle cones and waffle bowls are made fresh as you walk in. Not enough seating inside, it was busy, and there were no tables or seats outside. Awesome flavors.

Have already visited twice. Opening the door you are hit with the aroma of waffle cones. An attendant is manually making them at the front counter. The ice cream flavors are original and displayed on a large chalkboard. Samples were happily shared. The salty caramel and buttercake flavors are incredible. Very good quality ice cream. Very friendly staff.

It was voted Charleston’s best ice cream and it is true. The waffle cookie bowl is fast by itself. My wife and I tried three different flavors.

Brown butter almond brittle

Great ice cream with a large variety of unique flavors. We enjoyed some of the more classic flavors but we're willing to try the lavenderish one. It was good but we will probably stick to the butter cake and salted caramel

If you like ice cream, you need Jeni’s in your life. Salted Caramel. Honey Vanilla. Milkiest Chocolate. And don’t even get me started on the Coffee. It’s an absolute must in Charleston!

The ice cream was very good. Two things: the portions are small and it is too expensive for what it is. But they have many flavors that sound good, of course I couldn’t try many. I appreciate that they are open late. Expect a line.
