We brought our baseball team into Jason's Deli three times while we were in Charleston for a tournament. Fonzo and his crew did an amazing job. Highly recommend!
good good. the curbside pick up is very disorganised. They made me download an app for it, it said we will take it from here. get to the parking lot and it says" your food is on the way". Sat there for 20 minutes, called , and they said you have to call. I did it twice this week. Both time were horrible. this time 2 employees came outside while I was waiting and looked at me then lit there cigarettes.Also, if you ask if there is any special instructions, then read it.
First time ever here and walked in and everyone working was in bad moods was not greeted and had no clue where to order they looked at me like I was a waste of there time and money. I get it you are working Friday night but we all work and we all are making a living. I was extremely nice but treated like dirt. Staff needs tracing on greeting customers and smiling more.
Had to talk with 2 different people when placing the order because the first one couldn’t understand. The 2nd person who took the order still didn’t get the name right (even thought we spelled it!) Sandwich had a good amount of meat, VERY skimpy with the chees, received no condiments even though she asked if we wanted mustard and Mayo and the response was YES (so it was dry) and we asked for baked chips and got the kettle chips. Employees might pay better attention when taking the order as well as making the order.. Maybe should have gone across the street to East Bay deli?! Disappointed for being a first time visit but won’t be back since we were just visiting Charleston.
The food was delicious and the staff was exceptional. I recently was in an accident and I was left with limitations, Queen went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. She made my visit wonderful and everything was amazing. I will definitely be going back to try more awesome food and see Queen and the rest of their great staff.

I stopped by to pick up lunch. Everyone was friendly and the service and food was outstanding. As I walked out of the front door, I dropped one of the two drinks I was carrying. David saw what happened and ran to the front door and handed me another cup to refill from my mistake. He made my day!
Went last week and it was great! Service was great and food was delicious! The staff were really friendly and made sure we knew they appreciated us stopping in. 10/10 recommend!
