Love this place! I just wish they had ginger sauce in addition to white sauce (if you could add it to the menu that would be phenomenal)!Great option for easy, affordable hibachi downtown

Nice hole in the corner of the busiest streets. It's not easy getting parking, but it makes for a great, affordable dinner! Definitely will be back!
Very unreliable restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered Hibachi from Jade for my birthday in December 2020. When I arrived to pick it up 30min later, they told me that they hadn't started the order yet, and that I would have to come back in 45 MORE minutes..... Fast forward to October 2021. I'm working for DoorDash and am assigned an order from Jade. I showed up on time to pick up the order, and I'm told that I will have to wait 20 more minutes for the order. This is the only Japanese restaurant in Charleston that I've had this issue with. Jade Hibachi sucks.
The service was great, and food was delicious, the one thing I wouldn't mind paying for is extra vegetables, other than that I look forward to ordering from them again.

Jade Hibachi Grill on Ashley Avenue in Charleston is a great place to go for all things hibachi that is delicious, quick, and fresh. Everything here is well prepared and you get a lot for the value. This is a good place to go when you are hungry after a long day and need something good. The staff here is very friendly and works hard to make sure that you get everything you want.
The best hibachi I’ve ever had, and this is coming from a New Yorker! Not only is the food insanely good but the staff is so friendly. If you live in chuck town or are coming to visit, this is a must get. My family and I are obsessed and go multiple times a week!!
We had rice bowls and spring rolls. The food was sooo good ! I can’t wait to go back for more.
