Cookies are great, but left very bothered by the fact that they wouldn’t let me use their restroom after buying cookies. Clerk said “it’s closed after 10” but they still were serving people. That was my last stop of the night before driving back half hour to where I’m staying, and I just needed to use the bathroom quickly. Very disappointed as it’s the law not to refuse customers the bathroom and it’s just inhumane.
Double O was super nice and accommodating. the only thing I think is a downer is there’s no way to leave a tip on credit card transactions :( . Think about your food and beverage employees … just saying
This place takes me back and I literally ate the whole thing. The cookies are super soft even the next day! The only down side is that there isn’t much seating and they are busy anytime they are open…. If you can consider that a downside. I don’t think I can really complain! I’ll be back on my next trip to Charleston!

This is what happens to a box of 6 Insomnia cookies when it’s left with you in the car! They are like grandmas cookies with a little bit of flare. The blueberry was by far my favorite but the kids voted for the triple chocolate chunk! Definitely stop in if you are close by and give this place some love!

This location is Downtown, I’m not from this area so that I what I am calling it. Anywhooos, since the location is downtown you have to park and walk to the storefront. So if you are doing a hermit cookie run, be prepared to see people. There was one girl working when I went and she was running around but the sweetest and patiently waited for me to pick my cookies. Either they are cash only or card only, I don’t remember. Anyways, I ordered the Deluxe 4-pack: S'mores, Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, & Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut with a scoop of Butter Pecan ice cream. Those cookies were so gooey & warm with a slight crisp around the edges, cookie heaven. I got through about half of each cookie and the sweetness overtook me.
Warm cookies at a good price! The cookies were still good 2 days later. I’ll definitely going to be stopping by again next time I’m in town. They do deliver but I went into the store. It smells amazing in there.
I love the vibe of this place. The staff is super nice and the cookies are awesome. My favorite is the white chocolate macadamia nut, hits the spot after a date night dinner :)
