Our group of 6 people wanted to meet here for breakfast after coming to the area for Vacation from Baltimore, Maryland. We should have known that service would be minimal when we arrived because there was no hostess to greet us as we came in. We waited a long time just to be seated and order our drinks and food. But the tipping point was when a table that was seated after us got their food before we even had the chance to so we just got up and walked out and found another spot to eat. No fault to the waitress at all, the restaurant was just understaffed.

I waited 17 minutes for them to bring to my car, since I ordered curbside. After finally walking inside I saw my huge order waiting alone and not being kept warm. 25 minutes later I leave with an incomplete order, it was cold and upset because I was not dressed to waltz inside.Food was cold and soggy after arriving back to hotel and sloppily prepared.I completely understand all the terrible reviews but takeaway was needed tonight.I’m sorry the management is underperforming and the staff deserve better than the tools they are equipped with to do their job efficiently and correctly.

I feel bad for the people working here and I should have known better after being here before, but this place is brutal. Been sitting here for 45 mins for a to go order that said it would be ready an hour ago. Hey IHOP, maybe pay people a better living wage so you can get more employees or just close this location. Figure it out.Like I said. It’s not the employees faults. It’s a major corporation that brings stuff like this upon themselves by not thinking on ground level. Sad.

Do NOT order from here. Especially GrubHub or anything similar where time is critical. I recommend not dining in unless it's your only option and you have lots of time. Our society doesn't want to work. One waitress who's also greeting and paying bills. One chef. And one table busser. 3 total employees at this location. Not their fault. But it puts a burden on the clients! Their email address says they "care". They don't. They could care less about your opinions.

Same as other reviews - not enough staff. Reduced seating. A strange and dirty smell in the air. More than half of the seated tables had no food.We heard the table next to us ask and joke about their food. The waitress said, “I wish I could go back there and make it myself, but I can’t”. One of the teenage boys said “I’ll put the apron on…”The waitress, obviously stressed, snapped back, “Come on back here then! Come on!”We left to find pancakes at Sweetwater Cafe down the road.I think IHOP should close down and work on their business plan.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because the cook Gary can cook and no matter which IHOP he goes to we follow him. Let’s start by saying it wasn’t crowed and the nice lady today seated us. The waiter we had today around 10:30am kept pulling up her pants. She threw 2 syrups on the table while she wobble by. She kept touching my shoulder like we are friends. We ask for ketchup never got it we took off another empty table. Ask for coffee took 15mins to get it. Never came back to refill drinks until I said let’s go. Oh yea the cook yell out come get these plates. Our waiter yells out I’m coming. It took a long time to get our food. When we went to check out we waited in the line to check out. Our waiter checks us out I said oh we in line behind these ppl they been waiting. She says to us out loud. They can wait. I’m never going back. I apologize to the lady in front of me and no I didn’t leave a tip. Again the food is good but the waiter got to go. How can the manager not see this? She can barely walk and walking around with no mask. No other waiter had on a mask serving ppl

There's not much new I can add to the many negative reviews this restaurant has received. Some observations include: Lack of training, lack of planning, lack of care, lack of self dignity needed in yourself to provide good service. If you have problems remembering orders I'm not sure why you don't carry a notepad to record the customers orders. You could save time going back to ask what they originally asked for, serving the wrong food, or taking the plate back for correct items. I recommend taking a minute to mentally take inventory of the order you're going to serve. Is the syrup there for the pancakes etc. , are the plates warm, if the plates aren't warm you know the food isn't warm either. Does anyone here do temperature checks on prepared food? How long would you want to wait to be seated or served if you had little children or special needs clients with you? Do you go back to the table for the tip(if there is one), faster than you went there to seat, take orders and serve the customer? Remember that every work you do leaves the impression of you!

DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS THEY SOLVE THE EMPLOYEE ISSUES!!! When we went there in the morning there were around 5-6 tables of 2...waitress served us was horrible!! Miserable!! Rude!! Disgusting!! We did not ask anything extra, different or demand anything!! She did not greet, ask, offer anything...never seen such a miserable person in service industry!! Slow and food quality was not even a question since it was horrible!!!! Right now we are in olive garden and feel the difference in friendliness!

The food was great and service was awesome to only have one waitress. This was New Year's Day in the morning, and I think everyone called in. She was the hostess, waitress, and cashier when you left. I saw one man bussing tables and you could hear one cook in the back. There may have been more, but it didn't sound like it. This place was awesome for a 3 person show! They all deserve a huge raise!

Don't recall our server's name, but she was so sweet, and obviously serving all patrons by herself. I know these are tough times for businesses, employees, and families, but I'm sure greatful she showed kindness and was so attentive to our table. We really enjoyed our brunch today, thank you! Tip your servers, people! They work so hard.
