23 minutes. That’s how long it took to see a server after sitting and waiting. Not even a cup of water. This is absolutely unacceptable. It had gotten so obvious that the blonde servers were ignoring me, even a couple of customers had shot them looks. I am now 25 minutes late to a time sensitive client appointment. Luckily the Hispanic server had the courtesy to quickly come to my table before calling the manager over and gave me my food to go. Even the cooks were pointing at my table for attention, yet to no avail. I will NOT be stepping foot in this location again. All I can say is, y’all really need a to train your staff better. Absolutely unacceptable to the Friday lunch shift servers. If I could rate zero stars I would!
Poor kitchen. Service was great by waitress!! Kitchen took to long for food and when it came it came it was cold. Manager told waitress to clock out. Saying it was her fault. It was was not. It was clearly the management of the night and the kitchen. I would love to be contacted about my experience. I believe multiple tables had the same issue. Along with pickup driver. Others did walk out, some sent food back.
I been going to this location for ages, but since corona this place is not what it used to be. I don't know why you decided to fire everyone you had working with you during the pandemic but bad move. I don't see a single person that helped you guys through that storm of a pandemic, the quality of the buisiness is highly effected. Food is sub par, service sub par, for a place that's supposed to have pretty girls there are none left. The staff are no where near as glamorous as they should be, they look as if they get out of bed and go straight to work. This place used to be 5* easy but now I struggle to give it a 1*
I ordered doordash from this location and let me tell you that my dog wouldn't eat what they tried to serve me. I've also visited this place in person 4 times and every-single-time it takes them 15-25mins to even notice you sitting in their section (after you've been 'seated'), I even called the manager to come over and wow....what a fruit. I don't know how they stay in business. This is thee most disgraceful and disgusting Hooters in the United States; hands down.
Management needs to get a grip. I'm one of the first people to understand everyone is understaffed and overworked. We are always expecting that now. Clearly they are under new management and the manager favors the kitchen staff over the faces that bring the food out. We came for lunch today and it was not a very busy time. I have no idea how this place gets regulars back. We watched not one, not 2 but 3 different servers take food back to the window only to be yelled at by the kitchen staff for various things. One of which was a server counted amount of wings before even getting it to the table and it was short a few, and the cooks straight argued with her over it. It was noticeable to everyone there. Another was because they needed blue cheese instead of ranch and they yelled at the server because they were getting what the patron had asked for. The servers are doing a great job trying to put up a face but it is CLEAR that there is a breakdown in communication there. Out of our 8 orders, 6 had something wrong with them. 1 of them the waitress put in wrong but still... 6/8 orders. Upcharged sides were not done and when they said they would get it, it never was provided for the server to bring out. The manager did take off the upcharge that we didnt get but it almost to the unknowing person looks like the girls are being put through the ringer for no reason other than the management supports the behavior and expectations of food not being met by the kitchen staff. A member of our family works ina kitchen at another restaurant so I also understand how stressful a kitchen can be, but there is no excuse for what we saw today and how much food not only at our table but others were messed up.
Service started out OK. The order was taken. After a while we looked at the counter and our food was sitting and hadn't move in 15 minutes. We get our food and explain to the waitress that it's cold. I ate mine and my wife's was returned. The waitress left and another waitress took over. The manager came over and rudely stated that the previous waitress was crying. But he failed to mention is that the cooks were mad about the food being cold. Be cause my wife over heard the cooks saying I called it, I f'ing called it. The way the manager spoke to my wife made me mad. We ate and left.
Naked Lemon Pepper wings. Delicious. Fried pickles. Delicious. Melissa was pleasant and courteous. She made sure my dining experience was enjoyable.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.....Everything from the cold fries to the 55 minute wait for food and then they didn't bring all of it! 115.00 for the poorest excuse for mission being "Hooters makes you happy"
So I picked up an order. I ordered 20 wings, 10 boneless wings, cheese sticks. So first things first. I never got any extra sauces that I paid for. The chicken was cold and not satisfying. The cheese sticks were extra crispy with no cheese in the cheese sticks. Was very unsatisfied. I need them to do better
Arrived at 10:30pm, ordered food within 15 minutes and waited over 45 minutes for our food for six people on what was otherwise a slow Saturday night. They brought our food out one person at a time over about five minutes; salad, salad, wings and fries, wrong sandwich (ordered a salad), burger and fries, sliders and fries. The manager eventually came to our table and apologized and said he was going to comp our food but ended up taking 50% off our food. Basically, it was a terrible experience. This Hooters should be avoided.
