View is great, but buffet is just ok. It was a decent selection of options even though a little smaller than I envisioned. Some food wasn't warm enough and some was overcooked. Our server, Christin, was attentive and pleasant.
We went here for dinner and the best part about this place is the view! And it's amazing! After that, there not much to this place. Drinks were good and on par. But the food, start with the fact there online menu has not been updated. So when we sat down, the menu we were given had half of the food as the online menu yet, the doubled the price on almost everything. If your interested, go for drinks. That's about it.
This was the first time I had been to Harborview restaurant. The food was fabulous. The staff was on top of our requests. They did all they could to please. We will definitely return. The view was absolutely gorgeous.
Harborview Restaurant located at 301 Savannah Hwy, Charleston, SC is a beautiful, airy top-floor bistro & bar. Great food & cocktails, plus river views. Service and servers were friendly and exceptional in their duties. Definitely recommend if you're in the area to stay or just go to the restaurant.
This place was amazing The view was crazy everyone was so nice and accommodating they do go out of their way to make sure you were taken care of
Great view and service but don't go for the cheap food. You would get a better tasting meal at the Waffle House. Cheap ingredients at quality pricing.
Never again. 3/4 of us ended up with food poisoning. Waited 40 minutes only to get Cold food that seemed like it was barely cooked. We felt we were in the way due to large parties going on. The older woman who gave us our food wouldn't give us our food until she saw my husband was still there. Really bad and uncomfortable experience.
Trust the reviews. We went early to avoid the crowd. That did nothing in our favor. People that were seated WAY after us were served first. We waited around a hour for our food. The waitress actually brought someone else's food to our table put it down in front of us and then said OOPS SORRY NOT YOURS. The tea, and coleslaw were good. The fish was God awful. I couldn't even eat it. The waitress asked if I wanted a box. NO THANK YOU.
Could be one of the best views in Charleston, considering there aren't that many tall buildings. The Sunday lunch buffet is nice, with healthy items and affordable. Staff and service are great. Plenty of parking in the main lot if you come during the day.
