Unlike many negative reviews you’ll find on Google, here you’ll find that the reviews at the bottom of the barrel are most informative. I wish I would’ve read them first. This place sucks for every reason you’ll read, not the least of which being the lies about time to ready. Whatever time you’re given, multiply by 4. That’s when your pizza will be ready. It won’t be good pizza, but you’re very drunk, so you’ll eat it anyway. Good night, and remember to stay hydrated.
Awful parking and just a hang out spot for college students. If you are willing to ride around the block until you find a parking spot, run into a little hole in the wall where it is standing room only, then this is your spot. Apparently above this building is something else going on upstairs. I could literally felt like at any moment something was about to come crashing through the ceiling.
Asked some locals and this was the first place they recommended...SO glad we took their suggestion!Hole in the wall place, funky vibe, friendly staff. We got ours to go and took it back to the hotel. Crust was tender, not greasy at all! Just really good basic pizza! Highly recommend!!!
The driver did not deliver. it’Just called once and left. Didn't knock on the door.?? Although the light is on in the store where I work, and from the outside you can clearly see who is in the inside ...!!! I called the driver back 4-minutes later. But the driver did not answer calls that took a long time and more than once. I left a voice message, but there was no call back.???? I came to the front desk and in the presence of the manager, cashier, and the same driver, dialed their number. The call went through and it was very loud. Although before that the front desk did not answer me 5-6 times. the time was 3:35 am. And they still had working hours.!! And they told me it's already 3:00 am and they don't answer calls. I called at 2:35am. And after all this, I was rude, and called I will not explain by whom. And my employees were left without lunch, and this was after a 16-hour shift.!!! The service is very very disgusting, no respect for the customer. Such an impression from the workers that they are almighty gods here !!??? Please take all of the above into account ....!!!! I think that the products for pizza are also not of the best varieties ....!!!!! order
First time visiting! I stopped by after the performance I attended at the Gaillard Center. The Google search said it was a local longstanding favorite. A handful of tables and an eclectic license plate wall is a focal point. I love pizza and this was average. I understand they may cater to the college kids but I've had better in other college towns. It was a little pricey for a one topping 12"; about $17 with tax. I will say it tasted better once warmed up in my hotel room so ??♀️ Maybe I need to try again if I come back that way.
The absolute WORST pizza place in Charleston. We waited 1 hour and 58 minutes for a miniature "large" sized pizza. After being told "45 min-1 hour for delivery", One hours goes by, then the next, we had called 3 times after the first hour. all three times spread out during the next hour. The monthly answer I received was "the driver is about to be on site" clearly a lie. The third time I heard that lie as well.If you want good or onetime pizza, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Not very good pizza and they are usually out of so much stuff. I think like 2 out of the 8 times i’ve gotten food there they’ve actually had what I wanted. Pretty poor.
Good quality food at a reasonable price. Fast delivery of pizza. Well worth selecting if you need pizza delivery in the downtown Charleston area.
I LOVE this place. I have and will continue to order every time I am in Charleston. The pizza is excellent, so are the "munchies" sides. Friendly service too!(Also low key love how the owner gives all the bad reviewing Karen's what for).
I had heard of this place and knew it was local, so wanted to support them tonight when I was craving a pizza. The morale of the staff seemed high, they had Hercules on the TV, and the gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant. I ordered a 4-slice cheese pizza. After a short walk home (~five minutes) I had my first slice.Man.. it was cooked properly, it’s the right ratio of cheese/dough/sauce, it’s the right thickness. It was just.. bland! It tasted like absolutely nothing to me other than the cheese. Where is the delicious garlic and onion in the sauce? The slight saltiness of the dough? I understand that I didn’t get any toppings but I feel like a cheese pizza should be able to stand on its own. I did order a side of ranch (hey, I’m from the midwest) and after not using any on my first slice I decided to start dipping. The ranch certainly has good flavor to it but was very runny- almost more like soy sauce than ranch.Overall, I hope I just caught them on an off night, but if you’re reading this, maybe just check out Sabatino’s instead- it’s just around the corner and always delicious.
