The reviews are true, this place is highly recommended. I purchased my tickets online for a love seat on a Thursday night with Joe Clarke and the band! The music was great, the low lighting and blue lights created a relaxing ambiance. The band is interactive with the audience and creates some magic! makes for a special evening.
10/10 would recommend! Charles Grant and the Crew are amazing. Great performance to a packed house. The crowd got down on the dance floor on numerous occasions. Guys, take your lady here. Nice vibes. Cool refreshments. Located downtown and very convenient to everything once the shows are done.
The place was nice...and the band was great. It was a Motown tribute, so our group was hype for this. This group did not disappoint, they were fantastic. The band kept us engaged and had us on the dance floor for the entire time.
Loved it. Such a fantastic way to spend a Thursday night. Singer, Heather Rice, was INCREDIBLE. Trio behind her was equally talented. Would have gone back if we stayed in Charleston longer!
My wife and I, our son and daughter have attended 4 or 5 shows there this year. Every one has been great and the venue is excellent. Professional musicians, great acoustics, friendly staff, varieties of music genres and an overall comfortable and entertaining venue. We're returning in a couple of weeks!
My parents have raved of Forte for months! I went for my birthday, and what an absolute blast! My boyfriend and I purchased the couch seats up front (what a treat!!!). The prices weren’t bad either for VIP! The show lasted about an hour and a half or 2 hours, but I didn’t want it to end. Will absolutely be back!
I can’t imagine my life in Charleston without Forte. It’s a soulful place with a very welcoming atmosphere. They invite the best musicians in town and have great variety of shows. My favourites are with the big orchestras - Swinging Sinatra Saturdays and dancing Gatsby Orchestra night.
Great music, great show, amazing atmosphere… love this place and will always return. Definitely one of a kind place & different for Charleston. Fresh breath of air to say the least.
Amazing jazz club! We went for the quartet concert and it was so well done. The owner is also very nice, as are all the employees. When we came in, it was pouring rain outside, and one of the women working there gave me a tablecloth to sit with during the show because I was cold and wet. They also saw I was pregnant and upgraded our seats to the couches instead of the stools on the side, which was so nice of them! We will definitely be going back there the next time we are in Charleston!!
Went to celebrate a friend’s retirement last night and it was a cool vibe I love live music will definitely be back very laid back and mature atmosphere beautiful to see a diverse crowd having a great time gave me the feels btw loves the band last night
