My visits be good! Food always hot & fresh. Just why the bottom bread get soggy so fast? Every single sub I've ever bought from any firehouse. If not eaten soon as bought, that bottom bread is too soggy lol. I know im not alone on this, im tlking about buying it, driving home, maybe 5 mins to get settled. And bread starts getting soggy. And don't try to save the other half for after a nap lol. Might as well throw in trash?. Or pull bottom bread off and eat top bc firehouse a lil pricey to throw away.
The subs we ordered were outstanding and we sat outside in their patio area which was lovely, you definitely don’t feel like you’re in North Charleston as you relax under the hug Oak tree. I gave 4 stars simply because, and to no fault if the manager, took a very long time to place my order and make it. They have signs on the windows that they’re short staffed.
Love this place. They're fast, friendly, and the subs are always fire! Lol!
OK, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I get it. The food here is good, it's Firehouse so it's not a big New York deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this one special though, is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They care about your dining experience and they even remember my name even though I've only been in there a few times. When fast food seems pretty much all the same, I'll go to where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse location is really that awesome!
I love going to this location!! Staff is always friendly and super fast. The store is always clean and organized. Russell is awesome!! He does a fantastic job running that store. He goes above and beyond with customer service. I recommend them 100% .
Had a steak and cheese. Don't misunderstand my review score. The sandwich was ok, but It was NOT $16 good. Biden-flation may have had a little to do with it, but not that much. For clarity it was $16 for the sandwich only. (no chips, no drink). Outrageous.
Put a online order in and was 30 mins late. Not even that busy. One of the workers is just standing around and just talking.
Great location and great subs and cookies! The new Celebration Sugar Cookie (that has white chocolate too) was very good. We also liked the outside eating area with nice covered metal tables and trash cans. It was perfect for our outside picnic under the giant tree.

Rude employees didn't believe me when I said they were missing a sub had to ask the cashier and looked at my receipt never apologized...
