The two gentlemen today were incredible. We were going to get the deep dish because we heard great things about it. The gentleman kindly informed us it would take 40 mins. We had a movie to catch his honesty was greatly appreciated. We ended up getting some slices of pizza and found out one of his family members lives in the Chi Town area. They were both so friendly and the pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had
Our family's favorite pizza in the area! Great quality for a reasonable price. Order early in the evening - delivery is worth the wait! We have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and great, and every employee we've interacted with has been nothing short of friendly and helpful. ALWAYS a pleasure getting dinner from Fam's!
Absolutely terrible experience. We went here for the first time only because they sent us a voucher for a free pizza. We got 2 pizzas. We were quoted it to be ready in 45 minutes for pick up. We went to pick up and it was not ready. They said 10 minutes. 10 minutes would’ve been fine except that 10 minutes turned into 50 minutes and our pizzas still were not ready. We ended up leaving only with the pizza we actually paid for because we got tired of them quoting us a different wait time by the 4th time it had changed. We will not be back.
We are new to the area and wanted to find a pizza place for our "Pizza Fridays." Unfortunately, we were unable to try Famulari's because after 2 hours, our food was never made. We were informed of the 2 hour wait time, and were fine with it; however, after the 2 hours were up, our order never arrived. We called Famulari's and were informed that our order had not yet been made so we couldn't even pickup ourselves.
Pizza was cold and sad looking. We had a Margherita pizza, now it could be my lack of knowledge because they claim to be authentic pizzeria, maybe I never had a real Margherita pizza before, but there was barely any sauce on it, cheese was sparse and no whole leaf basil. Better off going to Harris Teter or Pasano's. Oh yeah I called in was told 45 mins got there and still had to wait which I would have been ok with if the pizza wasn't cold.
Great Pizza. But you better be willing to wait. Friday night… order at 5:10 pm. It’s 7:40. no pizza…
Great food when they make it correct which it should be correct when you pay close to $40 for a 10 inch pizza and cheese bread. Not a single piece of meat on a all meat pizza? Really? Explain how you "accidentally" miss all of them? I would have taken the loss without leaving a negative review but the pizza they delivered tasted like wet old cardboard. I honestly think the pizza box would have tasted better and I'm so hungry I might try it.I use to crave fam's but I won't even be able to think about pizza w/o my stomach turning. The taste ruined my 5 star go to pizza place and the cheese bread is only thing keeping this from a 1 star.Wingz only this Superbowl!Thanks Fam!

Amazing!!!! We came into town for an appointment and decided to stop in for some pizza. It was absolutely delicious. Bathrooms were super clean. Everyone was extremely nice. Restaurant was handicap accessible for my little sister. Wish we lived closer because I will definitely crave this the rest of my pregnancy. Thank you so much for your kind service and great food.
Ok I keep giving this place a chance and everyone it's a failure. We ordered a red onion and mushroom stromboli and got a ham stromboli yuk! The sauce was aweful. We ordered a angry Hawaiian hhhmmm absolutely no pineapple and a Luke warm pizza but I bet we paid for it just like we were charged extra for the mushroom and onion. Unfortunately I believe it's the closest pizza place but for 61.27 and a tip it was so not not not worth it. So fed up with trying again just to be disappointed as usual. I should have stuck with the baked potato I wanted to make AT HOME.
