Awful, there is literally no one competent watched atleast 4 people's orders come out wrong besides it taking forever to get them. There was only 7 customers in the store and I waited almost 10 minutes and not one of the 3 of us were acknowledged much less helped. Got tired of waiting and left along with the other 2 people in line. That is my 3rd consecutive bad experience at this location. The other 2 were in the drive through at 6:30 in the morning with either one or two cars in front of me it took over 20 minutes to get a single extra large coffee with cream and sugar. Like in baseball 3 strikes and your out. I will never go to this location again. Honestly they need to clean house bring new folks in and properly train them otherwise this location is doomed.
Extremely rude and messes up the whole order.Ordered w plain bagles w cream cheese. Received 2 toasted plain bagles w nothing. Ok figured easy fix went back inside asked if they could put on the cream cheese, well he then proceeded to put an insane amount of cream cheese on! It was ridiculous, that mixed with his attitude made the action feel malicious. And they didn't make the coffee correctly either. So wonderful start to the day . For everyone else who wants a truley good start DO NOT GO HERE
Really annoyed with this place right now. I should have went to Starbucks. I made a special trip out of my way to go to dunkin because I was craving their Carmel iced coffee and a strawberry frosted donut with sprinkles, which they hardly ever have available. I ordered 2 drinks and when I was asked if I wanted anything else.. I specifically said “only if you happen to have strawberry frosted preferably with sprinkles available”. I waited a full minute while they went to check. It was confirmed they did have it available. I get home. Open the bag. It’s a vanilla donut with no sprinkles and the frosting is so faint it’s barely there. Super disappointed.
Has paper signs you can barely see saying drive thru only and then even smaller one saying they close now at 4. Always something wrong at this store. One day they closed completely because they hired guys to power wash the outside
Employee took payment from my credit card instead of the promo I had. Wrote Customer care a couple of times, eventually got called by a district manager named Jennifer Blessing. Explained the situation, she stated she would send me a gift card to make up for the stores mistake. Followed up three times in as many months and the way they deal with service issues is ignoring them.
Its Dunkin Donuts, its nothing special. But this location has never given me an issue. They always get my order right, they're always nice, and it doesn't take a ridiculously long time.
I typically rate this location as average but today they went above and beyond. They were training and I wanted the new drink made differently.. everybody made sure to get me straight. That earned an extra star.
This location has a history of operating the slowest drive thru of similar restaurants. The orders are taken slowly, filled slowly and backed up to the highway. The line will stall for five or more minutes before any small movement occurs!!Large orders, or those that involve long prep time should be directed to return to the front parking lot where the order can be delivered by a staff member.Problems could be solved with competent management!!!
This is the worst DD I’ve ever been to. Every time I order a bagel with strawberry cream cheese they never give me a knife to spread the cream cheese on my bagel(you have to do it yourself I guess) and when I asked for a plastic knife they said they don’t have any plastic silverware and best they could do is a straw. Constantly getting orders wrong just not a great experience.
Perfectly average. The donuts are standard quality for Dunkin'. Nothing exciting, but gets the job done. The service at this location is equally meh. The drive-thru line is usually longer and slower than I want, but never 20 cars long or 45 minute waits. Our standard order of an old fashioned cake donut, and a cake donut with a chocolate glaze is correct more times than it's wrong, but just barely. It helps to go in and watch/point to the ones we want, but COVID and staffing levels often restrict operations to just drive-thru.Start with the expectation of service and quality to match fast-food and you'll leave with those expectations met.
