Don’t come here unless you want to wait in line for upwards of 30 minutes. As someone who works at Starbucks, I fully understand rushes and how busy things can get. But there is no sense of urgency at all from the staff here and it just really seems like they don’t have it together. Whether it’s staffing issues or what, unless you’re prepared to sit in the drive thru for nearly an hour I would skip this location.
This location is an absolute nightmare. I ordered through the app before arriving and chose the pick up inside option. When I got there there was a sign on the door that said the inside was closed?!? Is there not a way to turn off the order ahead feature so someone else doesn't waste a trip coming here? I know some locations do when it gets really busy so the staff isn't overwhelmed. The inside is always closed, it takes 30 min to get through the line, the lines are always backed up flowing into Folly rd (which is a very busy road). Once you are in the parking lot and try to leave, you are basically trapped because there are so many cars coming in with so little room. I understand places are short staffed right now, but corporate or the franchise owner need a way to figure out how to save this location because whatever they are doing now isn't working.
I use to frequent this location and was on a friendly basis with some of the employees. I'm not sure what is going on with this location. I'm assuming it's a combination of many things, especially being understaffed. The inside is always closed and the lines are always backed up. The last time I went was during an off-peak time and it still took 30 min. for a cup of coffee. I'm hoping the owner can do something to help get things back together!
I feel like they must have been having some kind of staffing problem or something because it took me a solid 20 mins to get through the drive thru line the other day. Normally at other Dunkins, it is 5 mins or less.
My least favorite thing about Dunkin’ is the incredible inconsistency between stores, especially regarding how our coffee order tastes. This location is one of those pretty bad ones. First, we waited in a very slow-moving line for about 30 min. Then, when we finally did get our coffee, we were given the wrong sizes even though it was not what we ordered. When we told the worker that it was the wrong size, she just told us it was the size we ordered. It was not. Finally, the coffee itself wasn’t what we ordered. We both ordered caramel mocha iced coffee with cream and sugar. Idk what we got, but it wasn’t what we ordered. Plus the coffee was so watered down, it was unmanageable to finish it. We didn’t have time to correct our order due to the amount of time spent waiting for everything. Don’t think I’ll be returning here..
This is absolutely the best dunkin around! I wish I knew the name of the kind woman who helped me at the drive thru. I came to pickup some donuts for my coworkers at 7:30 on March 18, please see who was working drive thru and tell her she’s doing an amazing job. And give her a promotion! My donuts were fresh and delicious and she was so patient with my indecisiveness. She chose the best donuts for my assorted half dozen. I love this DD and will be back very soon!!! ???
Pulled up and saw a sign on menu that they’re espresso machine was down so… that pretty much limits you down to nothing but basic coffee. I asked for a donut…. Was told they have no donuts either. Pretty weird if you ask me.
Coffee was great 5 star friendly prompt service, seemed clean until I stepped into the bathroom, 0 star. Really needed some attention as there were some gnats flying around in there.
The young man, who works the drive up window is so wonderful nice polite respectful unfortunately being elderly I kind of feel bad for him because I know that people that go through the drive-thru can be so rude show me and so impatient but I will say I think you for having him there he must have big shoulders to take all that cussing and impatience it's a hard job people do not realize. Thank u young man for always having a happy attitude
I should have just walked out. The service was horrible. No one would acknowledge we were even there. I had to ask for service. we asked for 3 hot sugar free vanilla lattes which they said they could make. They gave us iced lattes with 2 pumps of full sugar vanilla. The hand dryers in the bathroom were broken and there were no paper towels to use. I would not advise eating or drinking anything from this location.
