I was tracking an order since I placed it over an hour ago. It was waiting to be delivered for 40 minutes. Then it said the driver had left with the order. The tracker showed the driver in front of the store for another 20 minutes. Finally it says its delivered. It's not. I have no idea where this pizza is. Maybe in a dumpster? Maybe on the side of the road? Maybe still at dominos. Update: Have been trying for days to get a refund. They don't pick up the phone
Ordered a pizza said way on the way, never received, called the store and never was told that he was lost and tried to contact me. Never had a problem before, especially when my apartment has the letters on the front of the building which faces the street. Second call I said I would come to store to pick up pizza. Got there no pizza. It had already been 2 hours and my son was hungry. Manger had bad customer service and I refunded my order. Had to go to Papa John's. I will NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA AGAIN IN MY LIFE.
Really annoyed with this dominos. I have a group of 15 people at my house, I ordered 2 mediums and cheesy bread 3 hours ago!!! It was “prepping” for 2 hours then randomly went to “quaility check”. I have guest at my house starving, trying to occupy them with food. I go on my tracker and it says “complete” out of no where. We didn’t get our pizza? I already paid. I have called, by now, 9 times and never got answered. So all together, we waited 3 hours for our pizza to get delivered to a completely different address. I get people do not have many workers right now and it is a struggle but at least answer my call. Sad I live downtown and can’t even get a pizza delivered to my house whne I live 5 minutes away. Never will be ordering from here again.
There have been multiple times where I have ordered and it has taken significantly longer than the estimated delivery time. I waited over three hours for my pizza once and it was cold when it got to me. Most recently, I ordered and the estimated time was 1.5 hours. 2.5 hours later I tried to call and no one answered, and when I went back to the app it said my order was cancelled. I never received a refund and when I called to check, they said it would happen in a few business days. The order was Thursday night and it is now Tuesday night and nothing.
This is not the first time that I placed an order and it never showed. The tracker indicated Daniel was quality checking my order even at 1:15am, long after the store had closed.This has happened at least 3 times- but I visit a friend who lives in the area and we wanted pizza, so we gave them a try (again).
Worst pizza experience I have had in years! I would give them negative stars if I could.2 hour wait, and it only had to be delivered two miles away. Finally had to drive over to pick it up, it was already getting cold.Some manager rudely told me they wouldn’t offer refunds of any manner. Worst customer service on planet earth.Finally got the delivery fee waived since I picked it up. But not even an apology after that.Definitely do not recommend.
I've ordered many pizzas, but never have I had a restaurant call me back and try to coax me into cancelling my order due to a 3 hour wait to deliver 2 miles from the restaurant. Pick up your pizza from this location because the delivery situation is just out of control right now, especially considering how small Charleston is and their delivery area. If there was ever a place that needed to partner with UberEATS or Door dash, this is it.
Ever since they let go of the other RUDE Manger PEDRO! This Dominos has changed for the BETTER!!!? Mr. Ronnie the NEW Manager there at the store makes sure the team gets your order correct and hot and fresh to you in the allowed time. When my order was late and I called the store but it stated that they were closed I got worried and tried to get a refund. Mr Ronnie called from the store and stated that my order was on the way and that they apologize for the wait. The driver was very nice and apologized as well. Since before this New manager I've never gotten this kind of Great service through Delivery until now. Some of us can't do Pick Up so our options are delivered and he makes sure Everything is right. Not sure why there are lots of negative reviews. I've ordered from this Domino's many times, orders are always ready quickly and still hot when I go to pick them up. Really great rewards program with coupons and I've never had any issues with incorrect orders.
Website said my order would be 25-30 minutes. I had a receipt for my payment at 6:45pm. At 7:03pm the order said it was being Quality Checked (thus, it had been produced). Great so far. 8:12pm it was delivered. I live 0.4 miles away. Food cold.I called to let you know that my food was cold. Congealed. Soggy crust for thin crust. Chicken wings were cold, sauce crusting over. The woman on the phone was rude and dismissive of the problem. Said she could not guarantee warm food. Literally hung up on me.I've never been treated so poorly by a "business" in my life. I felt like I was bothering the employees. You've ruined dinner for me and my guests. Ruined our night. And you don't care... that's the worst part.
