I went to cookout 30 minutes after they open . As I sat in the parking lot eating I notice a foreign object in my burger . It appear to be either a safety pin or a Bobby pin. The employees there wasn’t accommodating and was making it seem like I planted it there myself. The soda my niece receive tasted like it needed to be replaced . Horrible experience.
I drive people all over on a motorcoach. They often ask where to eat. If you like food you could get at a cookout stop here. Always a crowd pleaser. Good food, fast service, good prices. To go or eat in.Look for the word COOKOUT on the blue sign at the exits on the interstates. Georgia, S.C and expanding.
Line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go to the walk up window where I stood 2 people in front of me walked off due to waiting I continued to wait because I couldn't get my car out due to the growing line. After about 15 minutes someone finally came to the window and within 5 minutes of placing my order I had it and it was hot and fresh....someone simply should have took a Second to tell the people waiting at the window they would be with them instead of disregarding it in hopes the line would just go away it seemed
Visited the location West Ashley yesterday at 4 pm. Ordered a shake. I heard the Landry so OK. When I pulled to the window she said “you didn’t order anything “. I said I ordered a cookies and crème shake. She said” I didn’t hear you that’s why I said What?” I said ok I’ll take a cookies and crème shake. She said” I can’t take your Oder here, you have to go back around”. Besides being rude, this is the least customer friendly policy I’ve ever heard of. Would have talked 5 seconds to take the order at the window. Been going to this location since it opened. Not interested in going back!

Wow has the portions gone down I ordered two big double burgers. They were at best sliders. I am assuming they took the regular tiny patty and cut it in half. 10 dollar meal maybe 6 ounces of meat total...
I ordered a BLT it had no tomato on it if they were out of tomatoes if they would have told me I would have ordered something else. French fries were cold. Onion rings were the only good thing I had
I hate giving a 3 star review bc the people are always so nice but dang!! One time they forgot my side all together and I didn’t realize till I got home. The next time I order double cheese bites and I get a whopping 8 of them. I had a much better experience at the one in Columbia.
I am hearing impaired and rarely have had an issue making my order here. The food gas always been good and they are fast. Sometimes I will get my cheerwhine float with soda on the outside of the cup. Other than that this place is great!
The wait times no matter what time of day are just ridiculous. Quality of food has gotten poor over the years. Then to to be told a 10pm you no longer are selling nuggets and shakes makes no sense when your open until 3am. At the rate the lines move you would think it’s only 2 people working in there. In my opinion someone from corporate needs to go in and do an evaluation or some kind of training.
